No matter what you are looking for, ask anyone and they can tell you where to find it. The store is always clean and sharp looking with everything in it's place. Doug, Brandi and Matt, the main managers are always busy stocking, helping customers or working on the registers doing whatever needs to be done to keep things running smoothly as well as the other manages and helpers that are employed there. They have a great team and that why its a great place to shop or just browse while the wife is shopping elsewhere! The fixtures department gave us terrific choices for our bathroom and kitchen faucets. We found great brand choices. We easily found the mold-resistant sheet rock we wanted, despite the layout of this store being a bit different from our home base. For this trip, rather than using a standard shopping cart, we used one of the flat carts. When it began to overflow, we found a family of them parked in row closely nearby. It was so easy! We were approached by two different associates offering help, which was appreciated. When we checked out, the employee at the register was friendly and engaging. I'm glad we found this location!

The customer service representatives will ask questions about the job to ensure you're buying the right tools for the job, and then you follow them through the store as they pick up the items, checking to make sure you're getting the right thing. I've never had to return anything. They also have a full range of services: knife sharpening, key copies, propane exchange, carpet cleaner rental, and ice. I do wish they could extend their Saturday hours and allow their employees Sunday and Monday off...that would mean a lot to those of us who work 8-5 M-F. Also, I know the first reviewer.
