My 2009 Lexus back window was blown out during car wash. Goshine did nothing and Gluckstadt manager was rude. She stated the jets had not started on my car when I told her the jets were blowing very strong. The email stated that during the jets my window showed no resistance. So which is it?? Jets blowing or not. I asked for video and they sent two files that were unable to be opened. They do not care about their customers at all. Canceled 2 monthly memberships. Beware of this business. Also the email on their website was returned to me email address does not exist. read more

It's a great deal compared to how much I paid before. Cons: - Have to vacuum yourself, it's VERY LOUD. - Doesn't get 100% of the harder tough stuff on your car like dried bird poop or dried mud. The best car wash in Mississippi. I bought a membership for my Maxima and they keep it looking the same as when I purchased it. Everyone is extremely helpful, even at 7 am, and always a pleasure to see. Also they're a bit better than Four Seasons in Madison. And just to add to the experience, the vacuums are amazing! $19 a month for unlimited washes, and I go here daily. read more

It's nice to have a good car wash on this side of the reservoir. The tunnel does an excellent job and the entire place is extremely clean. The staff is extremely friendly. I typically get the premium wash at $15 or 18 if you add on the Simoniz wax. That price seems to be a bit high, as you can have the full service at red arrow for about the same price. It's great for convenience and its location and the fact that it does a wonderful job without scratching my car. read more

The staff here are the very best. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They look like the enjoy being helpful! The wash itself is very nice - the property is spacious and immaculate. My car came out without soap suds remaining. All I had to do is wipe it down, and I probably could have skipped that step. As for the vacuums, they have the crevice tool that makes getting in between and under the seats easy. This is not a feature for many car vac systems and it makes a big difference in your cleaning.
