Best car wash. This morning as the wash opened, the vacuums were not working. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The young lady working was so apologetic and tried to explain the situation. The breakers had tripped and she was trying to restore the power[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had already washed my car and understood that things happen. But she really wanted to make sure I was ok and happy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I appreciate her kindness! The vacs were on in minutes. April 4, 2026 I went to wash my car as I am a monthly member paying almost $30.00 a month. I work out of town and rarely get the full benefits of the monthly membership service . As I was inside the automatic or hands free carwash -everything stopped, water, brushes and all . [[HIGHLIGHT]]I sat there looking and waiting for someone to come out of the office and then blew my horn to get someone's attention.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After blowing my horn I see a white slim man walk out of the office and proceeded to walk toward my car . He then gestured for me to let my window down. After letting my window down he proceeded to check me About blowing my abs stated that it does no good as they shut down the wash for any safety reasons[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I explained how was I to know what was going on as I saw no work visible to advise . [[HIGHLIGHT]]No apologies for the scare or inconvenience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Last dollar they will get from me. I was a subscription holder here for my work vehicle and very pleased with my experience until I took my personal car. I went through the wash and my windshield wiper was damaged during. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I let the location know and the lady I dealt with was very cordial.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A man came out and fidgeted with it and just said the bolt was loose. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They said they would file an incident report and give me a call in a couple of days. They did not.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I followed up after two weeks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and got snippy over the phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My father called back and was hung up on multiple times and cussed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They denied the breakage but said they would fix it. they claimed the cap was on the wiper- as you can see in the picture it is not. I would not go back here for them to fix my bicycle. My wife and I were getting ready for a road trip and I hadn't washed my truck this year even, so I decided we'd try this new place. Have to say, it far exceeded my expectations. The attendant (Landon I think) was very friendly and took a lot of time to explain their memberships and policies, and even walked out to the vacuum area afterwards to explain the mat washers. I normally hand wash my truck and expect an auto wash to not do a good job, but I was amazed how clean it got. This was with their max package but for $20 for an entire month, who can turn that down. Being able to use the vacuum even when not washing is a great thing. My wife got a membership too. We will be back. read more
