I'm used to the full-service, but this one is the drive-thru. To be honest, I wanted to go through the drive-thru several times but was afraid I didn't know how to line my tire on the rail. Well, today, I had no choice but to come to the drive-thru. I'm in a different state and couldn't find a Mister Car Wash with full service. So, I had to go for it, and what an experience. The young guy working today at noontime guided me with patience right on through. I didnt even know I had to put my car in neutral. I am writing this to say thank you so much to the young man on April 12, working at noon. You were so kind to this old lady who was scared out of her wits! Thank you again!

Excellent auto detailing shop. The owner does not allow a few ride behaviors (sign hanging up with…read morelist). Extremely nice personnel that work here and do an amazing job with your vehicle. It's so hard to find hand washing for vehicles these days. Glad to have used this place a few times. Cars are usually $25 and SUVs are $30, for inside and out. Now, if your car requires a little more attention, you may have to pay a little more. The location shares a building with an auto repair shop, don't drive by and miss it looking for a stand-alone building just for the car wash. There are lounge chairs to sit inside or outside in. Nothing "fancy" about the shop, but honest-owner (who is super friendly) and excellent auto detailing. I would come back again and again, if I lived here.

Been a loyal customer for over a year with the highest paid pass. I have a very expensive fully…read moreblacked out truck and I absolutely stickers. When I joined I asked if I could not have the sticker on my truck and just keep it in the console. I was told no problem and for the last year I pull up and show my sticker they scan it no problem. That all changed Saturday at lunch. I was stop by a team member and asked why the sticker was not attached to the truck. I expect my taste. That is when the problems started. She starts rapidly speaking about how this is not allowed and has never been allowed. She wants me to give her the sticker so she can affix it to my truck. I inform her that there is no way that sticker is being put on my truck. I ask her what other solutions she can offer. None put the sticker on the truck or they would cancel my membership plan. I say fine cancel it but I want a refund for the remaining time. That's not allowed. After a few more less than polite minutes she cancelled my membership and informed me I can use it until the end of the paid period. I tried calling the corporate office but can't get an answer. So I will be looking for a new car wash. I also plan to cancel my wife's plan on her truck and my mom plan on her car. So congratulations on losing a paying customer.

The pollen was still all over the car and the tire shine was awful. When I went to vacuum out my car, the suction from the vacuum was terrible. It wasn't even picking up anything really. When I showed a worker my car he did let me go back through the wash without paying again. Customer service is good but the overall quality is trash. Better off spending your money at the quarter car washes.

I cimplsined to the attendant and today I returned to this location and found zero of the vacuums were operating as the should. My home vacuum is better. EMPTY the vacuums!!
