I can't speak for every employee but Erica really left her mark (with tint) on my face... I used to tint my own brows and it never turned out this horrible. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.

But I have had my eyelashes done countless times in the past, and my experience was never this uncomfortable. Towards the middle-end of the session, I noticed she was touching the middle of my right eye a lot and it started to hurt, but I didn't want to say anything since I assumed she knew what she was doing. Afterwards, my eye stung but it was nothing crazy so I attributed that to my eye having a minor reaction to the glue (and I have sensitive eyes as it is). Fast forward to later last night and my right eyelid is throbbing with pain and the bottom of my eye is really red. I woke up this morning with worse pain and my eye was more red. On top of that, I have a bad headache on the right side of my head. The reason I haven't called is because I'm currently about to board a cruise ship to Mexico, and I feel like there's nothing I can do. So here I am, writing this review. They also made me sign something before I got my lashes done that I didn't read, but looking back I wish I did read it because I'm in so much pain, and I'm not looking forward to starting my vacation this way.
