We contracted Gossett to install our security system for our commercial buildings. Brian Castro accepted payment, then walked off the job and did not provide the contracted service. As of now, he owes us 40k + dollars and will not return calls or our request for payment. He also procured admin rights to our system, and we had to completely reconfigure our system to eliminate those rights typically reserved for owners of a company. Based on my experience giving your keys to a homeless person is probably safer than having Gossett run point on your security system. read more

My elderly parents have prepaid over $400 for an upgrade that was never completed. Their system is now malfunctioning and Gosset has been unable to repair it. Out of desperation, they tried to cancel service, multiple times, going as far as sending cancelation via certified mail. A Gosset rep confirmed receipt of the letter over the phone but they are still billing my parents. read more

If I could give this company a negative stars i would. I have tried repeatedly to cancel my service. This has been going on since 2012 She has now sent me to collections. Stay away from this company. I can't believe this company is still in business. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!! The owner has done this to many other people that i know. My neighbor sold her house and moved and she is still getting Statements. Its just horrible what the owner of this company can do!!!! Very disappointed with these folks. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years through two generations of this family owned business. 3 no-show with no-call. appointments. They kept me waiting and waiting. Promises promises..... I prepaid for equipment 6 months ago. They never got it installed. Still no refund. Major run around and annoying shell games trying to get my money back. I hope they hire a more professional bookkeeper soon. Sad to see the decline of this business. read more

This business is despicable. After being a loyal customer for 3+years for services monitoring my 95 year old mother, she passes away 2 weeks after the 1 year automatic contract renewal kicked in. We tried to talk with the owner to see if a settlement could be reached in lieu of 50 weeks of payments to monitor a dead person. It's been 7 months and after numerous phone calls, (the owner was conveniently never in and we live out of state) and a letter addressing the situation, NOTHING, no response at all. We're not asking for a free pass, just an opportunity to discuss a mutual settlement. Amazing how friendly they were when my mother was still alive. Stay clear of these people. read more
