Montana took my X rays and she was so kind and gentle and patient with me. And Dr. Alkhoory here is the sweetest and most wonderful dentist I've ever met. I genuinely look forward to my next visit! Great Expressions's Oxford, MI location staff and procedures leave a lot to be desired. Not only…read moredid they incorrectly schedule (and reschedule) my family's appointments, but they were rushed and dismissive of concerns. They did not acknowledge that there were two people present for dental checkups until my family members had been present for over an hour. Then, they took my 13-year-old child for X-rays without parental consent. Any procedure on a minor child without parental consent is egregious. When I called to reschedule, they seemed to have things in order, but when I called to cancel, only 2 of the 4 appointments had actually been scheduled. The person who answered was also quite rude when I mentioned they'd scheduled them incorrectly, as though it was my fault. No one took responsibility for overlooking my child. The hygienist and doctor were rushed and unkind to my partner, too. Generally, everyone acted like my family were just more cogs in their get rich machine refusing to treat us as individuals deserving respect.
