If you don't read anything else, read this: THIS IS THE ONLY SALON I HAVE EVER LEFT THINKING, "I WANT TO GO BACK!" I've been looking for a good salon since I moved here two years ago, and just as I was about to give up, I have finally found it! I seriously don't know how this place doesn't have more reviews. I went in today for a mani/pedi. I had powder and gel on that needed to be removed and made the process take longer, which ended up keeping me there past their closing time. The staff was so accommodating, didn't make me feel like an inconvenience, and didn't rush at all! They still paid a lot of attention to detail and did an awesome job. Kim did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She took her time and made me feel pampered. The exfoliation scrub and massage was divine. June did my manicure and she was amazing! This is the best my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. She even did some detailing to spruce them up a bit (even tho they were already closed!). Both of these ladies were incredible and the rest of the staff seemed to be as well. I love that they offer to serve you a drink of your choice. I didn't get a drink myself but somewhat regretted it after seeing other ladies enjoying a glass of wine! The vibe is so relaxing and calming. I loved the instrumental Christmas music playing! It was so peaceful that I dozed off a bit during my pedicure. I will definitely be coming back. So glad I found them! read more

The nail spa inside is so nice. I was looking forward to getting my nails and toes done here. The male nail tech I had seemed passive aggressive and irritated by requests for critiquing his work. He didn't clean extra glue around my hands or wash off paint staining unless asked for every spot where I found it. After my nails were done he got up and left without saying anything to the front counter where another worker told him I also requested a pedicure and he sighed and rushed me over. I just moved to town, and looked at several salon reviews and found this location to be the best so I gave it a try. The salon is clean, staff is friendly, and they offer a variety of beverages! I got a gel manicure and it turned out great. I look forward to going back soon. read more

I had an appointment at 1:15 and waited a 1/2 hour - still no one offered an apology. The girl I was to see was still working on her customer. I knew it would be another 10 min so I walked out. Gossip Nails Spa 2 was really great. I had never been to this one before but it was great. My mom and I got classic manis and pedis. We went on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy (we also had appointments). The spa was clean and comfortable. There was nice soft music playing in the background. They also had a good selection of nail polish. Both of our technicians were great and did a good job. All the employees were nice and friendly. I'm happy with how my nails turned out. I really recommend coming here and am looking forward to coming back. read more

I love love this place. Mom and I come here and Tina does our nails each time. And she does an amazing job and does not rush. Then our pedicures are always Mimi so takes her time, and very gentle. This place is very clean, soothing, relaxing. I definitely recommend this place for sure. They are very polite as well. read more

I wanted to try this place out, I got a gel pedi and mani and it was okay. I got my nails done a day ago and the gel is already peeling. I think they gave me a technician who takes walk-ins only so it wasn't someone who is experienced. The way they were cutting my cuticles was rough and at some point made one of my toes bleed. Very disappointed because this place looks cute but just didn't deliver. read more

I decided to visit Gossip Nails today in Bristow 6/27/24 at 1:00pm to book appointment to get a pedicure with acrylic. I did say I was checking my schedule because I work m-f so I wanted to see if I could get a later time or even a weekend appointment, I received the pricing of the service I wanted and accepted it and was told by the man that was working the front desk to go across the street (a salon by Wegmans) because it will be cheaper. I am a woman of color. I never suspected to get a response like this from anyone who is also a person of color to be so disrespectful and rude. I will not be giving this salon my time or money. read more
