I called to schedule an appointment for a basic manicure and they assured me that I could come in for the agreed upon time - 45 min after I called on a Friday around 1pm. when I arrived, no one seemed aware of my appointment. a lady came to speak to me and asked me to leave and come back 30 minutes later. why not just say you couldn't fit me in? a horrible first time experience and I likely won't be returning. read more

I always have the best experience at Sassy. During my most recent visit, they were slammed and super busy but they still made time to give me my full spa and massage treatment. The wonderful lady who started my treatment apologized profusely and thanked me for being patient, and Tracie took over to finish my treatment and she actually remembered me from a time I visited before which I didn't expect at all - especially considering how many people come and go. I had been here for a pedicure before and it was a really great experience. We scheduled an appt. Recently and upon parking we realized there was a sign for new management. We entered and the space seemed to look the same with some similar employees. We called prior to because we wanted to know the prices of certain things we wanted done and proceeded with booking. When we got there, the service was pretty fair. They ended up charging more saying that they misunderstood the phone call. Overall the pedicure was fair but the manicure was a bit rushed and my nails bled and I ended up removing the service an hour later and going somewhere else. The ambiance was great but the differences in communication and they were a little rough but worth a try during a less busy time of day. read more

Horrible customer service! There's no point in making an appointment here as they do not honor them. Waited for over 30 minutes for them to tell me that they were running behind and that it would be a much longer wait. If they would have told me that from the beginning I would have tried to change my appointment. Wasting customers time is not a way to do business. I've been coming here for years and I will no longer be returning. Another two ladies in front of me waited for over an hour. One of them walked out too since they never got to her nails. Management you need to do better and not overbook appointments if you cannot handle the ones you already have. read more

Sassy nails is the best place I have found to have consistent and great liquid gel and acrylics that never lift and the shape is natural. I always get compliments on my nails.
