The transaction was complicated having moving parts in multiple states and the fact that on the day we closed a multitude of balls where dropped on the sellers part and our realtors causing added stress and anxiety to an inherently difficult process. In the end, we closed and moved in having Tom and Mary Ann tell us that they where going to do a post analysis of how it could have been handled better. We never heard back nor did we receive any kind of house warming or thanks from them or Red Robin. I was disappointed in that most of all. We will be not be retuning to Red Robin for our next purchase.

I even called equifax to verify I did not have any type of block in my credit file. Eboni nor Karen Hatcher were consistent with their communication. And after two weeks of waiting to hear back about my application they sent an email about "moving forward with another candidate" but didn't even communicate with me so I could fully finish mine! They are not helpful at all during your application process and I believe they pick and choose what applicant they want to move forward with for PERSONAL reasons. Not first come first serve.

We had recently become parents, so selling the house added a huge stress to an already stressful situation. George was very patient with us and completely professional through the whole process (including dealing with the interference from the parents and in-laws). Having lived in the (100+ year) house for 10 years without doing much maintenance, the place need a complete overhaul to sell. George recommended some great people who were much less expensive than others we quoted. Through his people we got about $10,000 worth of work (new paint, door replacements, redone wood floors and wood repair, duct replacements, sump pump installation, staging, for $6K. George was hands-on throughout the renovation and staging. He was also our buyer's agent on the new house and helped us deal with an awful seller's agent.
