I called the business and I loved that you didn't have to have appointment to be seen. So you could just be driving in the area and be like "hmmm I want darker tint" stop by and they got you. I've always wanted to get darker tint and my tint has been on my car for 11-years so it was time. So I pulled up and I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager but he told me to go inside and he would be right with me. He was outside talking to a customer. He came in and got me about 15 minutes later to see what I wanted. So we walked over to my car and I said I wanted the 5% all over and the top of the windshield done. So because I had to get my old tint taken off he gave me a pretty good deal. Instead of charging I believe $90 for the take off she charged me $80 and threw in the windshield for free. For a 4- door coupe it starts at $140. So my total was $220 for everything which I think was a really good price. I and brand inside and they have some nice music on and a vending machine if you want a drink and a snack while you waited. They took about an 1 hour to get me in and out which was great because I had a couple more stops to make. And it's a lifetime warranty I believe besides if your window is broken out. So if y'all in the area stop by and give them a try. I will be back because they also offer car detailing and Mr. Black really need to get that done! I'll add pictures at a later date.

I saw that they had great reviews and I decided to call and make an appointment. Come to find out, they don't take appointments so I was able to just drive there and be serviced. The owner is super friendly, very attentive, and gets an A+ for great customer service. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. When I went the first time, I needed my tint to be removed to pass state safety inspection. That experience was great! They are very professional and very quick. I then returned to get my windows tinted again and of course, they did a wonderful job again! I only needed the front windows tinted so they did an amazing job of matching the tint of the back windows. The lobby is nice and clean and has great air conditioning for hot days. I had a pleasant encounter with every single staff member that I saw. I 100% recommend and would definitely return if I ever need tint services again!

They continue to pull cars in and work on those still while not finishing the cars that have been here for 3 hours......it's frustrating wondering why my car can't be finished in a timely manner while watching everyone else get their car worked on as well wondering what work is actually being done considering i've sat here for 3 hours. The employees seem to be more focused on having a good time with friends and speaking to the females rather than actually getting some kind of work done. A car that came AFTER me and had 5 windows(one more window to tint than me) PLUS added on the windshield last minute was done before my car. Then when i asked again how long, they just began the back windshield.......Horrible customer service they treat you like they don't care how long you have to wait they get to it when they get to it & if that means taking phone calls, giggling with the girls outside or just hanging out first then we just have to wait until their finished. no sense of urgency in this place and it's a shame because i am a patient person. It is now over 3 full hours my car not being done............. Unacceptable. 11am-2pm i feel isn't a crazy time for a car with 4 windows to be completed. I feel as though you shouldn't lie about wait times as it gets the customers hopes up that you'll stick to your word & now i'm the bad guy bugging you asking when it'll be done. Nobody else will tint my cars but them. I asked for 5% all around and 20% on the windshield on my new car 2 months ago and it's PERFECT!!! Plus it's convenient that they're in walking distance of place to eat and across the street from the car wash so your car can get a wash after it's new tints.
