I was scheduled for service here. I will admit I got there a little late. However, the older gentleman was a whole bitch. When I referenced the price of one window he was saying it's because they have best quality. Now we all know the salesman pitch so he didn't have to say that. So I inquired about a whole car versus some of the other quotes I had. He told me I could go down the street for a cheaper price because they do best quality only. Now, that was a contradiction because they also sale a lower brand. All I wanted was one window tinted to block the heat. If I pay that whole amount for one window I may as well get whole thing done. He was extremely rude and then had the audacity to say he working with me as if I asked for a discount wtf. So I had to remind him all people of color are not poor or ghetto. The extra fees he kept adding on just didn't make since. So it's 380.00 whole car for ceramic tint plus 175.00 to take off old tint plus another 175.00 for front window which equals kiss my ass. Customer's are entitled to ask question for clarity especially if they are willing to pay a price for a service. If you don't have good customer service skills then stay in the back and don't come up front. read more

I went with 3M 25% film. The technicians were very helpful and were able to address all of my questions and concerns. Had my car tinted there about a month ago, and I purposely delayed writing a review, because I wanted to make sure peelings and bubbles wouldn't develop over time. I'm very satisfied with the tint job my car received. There were never any bubbles, even immediately after the tinting, and none hasn't developed since. The waiting time was minimal, and staff were professional and courteous. I personally didn't give a five star, because I thought the work space there was very small, which can result in minor damage to your vehicle's paint job, if the staffs aren't being extra careful. Additionally, I thought the standard practice was to cut an opening around the rear windshield brake light, so the tint doesn't obscure it. This apparent standard wasn't adhered to on my vehicle. I didn't know/understand the difference between the two films, so I stuck with the basic. The film is computer cut, which is a plus! They worked pretty fast and were very professional. These folks did an excellent job on my window tint! I let the film cure for 7 days to ensure a good set. No bubbles or imperfections. Interior of the car does not get hot in the sun and glare is reduced. Price was reasonable - I've found that you can get cheap or you can get quality, but rarely both. I went to Sunbusters back in 2014 to get my Maxima tinted. After searching for a shop that offered 30% tint (which was extremely difficult), I was finally referred to Sunbusters and I couldn't have had a better experience. I was able to get my car tinted the same day in a matter of hours for a reasonable price and they had the exact percentage I was looking for (along with the disclaimer that my tint would be considered illegal.) Ten (sp) did a great job! No bubbles, lines, or peeling. I just bought a new Cadillac and will be visiting Sunbusters soon for my 30%! read more

Took in my new vehicle in May 2013 and wanted to wait to see how the tint held up. My car has tinted rear and back windows, I asked them to do the front door windows to match. He did a phenomenal job of matching it up. He advised me ahead of time that the tint inside looking out would not match perfectly, which was appreciated. After I did it, I searched a forum for my vehicle, and it turns out the tint brand and shade he used was just one of two that other owners in the forum thread have been satisfied with. I also searched a shop forum for information on the tint brand (Global, which is not a big name brand). Other shop owners who use it swear by it. It is apparently a tint brand that is really easy to work with, adheres well, and results in high customer satisfaction. Now, a little more than a year in, I remain pleased. No bubbles. Due to long hours and concern of electrical equipment running and peeping toms of DC. Tints was priority I stopped by and had tints done on my truck.
