I rescheduled that appointment because I didn't want him working in the rain. Monday morning, he was a no- show and did not let me know until 10 min after the meet up time. This is my first and last time trying mobile services. Sure, it's convenient but it's also shooting darts in the dark due to environmental factors. It's fine, I'll get it redone elsewhere. The installer was late, not a big deal but an hour later and only 1/2 way done they took a 20 minute break. The install I received on my large den window set the expectation, the install on my front door was nothing short of a disaster.
