I had a windshield replaced last year, but didn't give a review. They were quick and the price was reasonable. I recently had my car windows tinted, as well as having several door dings removed. They did an excellent job! A couple of the door dings were in a crease in the body panel, which makes it 10 times more difficult, but they did an excellent job. For the dents that were in the smooth surface, you can't tell that they were ever there. The window tint job came out much better than I expected. I upgraded to the ceramic coated tint, which reduces 90% of the heat, which is great for the summer in the South, especially since my car is black on black. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. I thought I was just going to drop it off and pick it up later, but my plans changed and I ended up waiting in their lobby, but I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They may not be the cheapest place in town for tint, but you get what you pay for! I'm more than happy! read more

Front counter female was VERY rude. When she circled the windshield damage, she said we have to drill and it may take 30 min.​ we went inside and after getting all my info she said sign. I asked what am I signing. She said if it runs. I asked what does that mean? She said I told you outside. I said you did not or I wouldn' bea asking. Get in my truck and get down the road and there is glass shards all over my dash and console. I called about wrapping a vehicle. My info was taken down by the receptionist and said the person over the wraps was out and that he would call me back later that day...never happens. I wait about 4hrs and call again she says he would call me the next morning...never does. 24hrs goes by guy never calls me back. I ask the receptionist is this how yall do business and she just apologized and couldn't tell me why this prick didn't call me back And stated he was in office. Would NOT recommend. Ok, So here is the good and the bad of it. 3.5 would be more accurate, but the reason for this is; -The tint job is good, not flawless but good. -Quality of tint is good, but it has not lasted like my last tint. It seems to scratch easily -and the main reason is I had removed the old tint from my rear window myself. Did a really good job of it. Like insanely good, I spent WAY TO LONG removing it, probably 7 days total. Removed the back deck everything. I used probably 5 different chemicals and lots of just hard work. It was as perfect as could be done. I did this to have a working rear defroster. So when I bring my car in and tell them, the guy says in order to have the warranty I have to let them scrap and destroy my rear defogger. Well I needed tint and let him do it. It didn't do anything but break my defogger, there was no need to do it. They just covered their butts at my expense. A broken rear defroster is a lot safer for them than a working one read more

They gave a quote to replace my windshield and I made an appointment for 2/14/2022, dropped off the car and they called and said it would be $90 more than the quote. I asked why and they said there are numerous windshields options for my car and they just realized the one they quoted won't work. I had told them on the phone it's a base model Highlander with no sensors, and I've replaced the windshield several times and that's not happened. So I told them never mind, called a local competitor who is doing it for $50 less than Lakeland's "revised" quote. Everybody makes mistakes but I just feel they should have stood by their quote or worked with me--maybe offer to split the difference. I'm a reasonable guy. This business does get good reviews so maybe this was an isolated thing. But I don't think I'll call them again after this. read more

Went to have my new car tinted. Just needed the front windows and a front strip installed. Made an appointment, which I recommend. Was on time and in less than an hour was done. They are very thorough in their work and explained completely before And after. Did not pressure me into buying a more expensive tint or to get the illegal shade. I had to write this immediately, because my wife insisted. My wife called this afternoon after returning from a trip. She had to go out of town again tomorrow, but just before arriving today, a rock flew up and put a big crack in her new Range Rover windshield. I got on Yelp and found Lakeland Glass & Tint. Although it was already 4 pm and they closed at 5 pm, she called, drove 20 minutes over there and they had her out and repaired by 4:45 pm. There were actually two cracks that they repaired as they found one down low that couldn't easily be seen but would have spread. My wife said that these people at Lakeland Glass were some of the nicest service people that she has encountered. The service was fast and impeccable. I have had car dents removed, windshields replaced and repaired as well as window tint done here. If something is unsatisfactory they will fix it to your satisfaction. They do a lot of business therefore schedule appropriately. I took my brand new car to this place to have it tinted. They did a terrible job. The windows on the doors had bubbles in tint and the back window looked like it was done by a child. The tint on the back had completely come off around the bottom. They gave me a partial refund on it which was the only plus. Do your research on tint places before you go to one because it gets expensive when you have to pay someone to remove tint and put back on read more

Go somewhere else. I brought my car in that I am very particular about to have windows tinted. They got me in quickly and were very nice and got my number to call me and let me know if they found any issues on vehicle while putting tint on and to let me know when it was time to pick up as young lady told me. I received a call to come pick up vehicle and exterior door where they were working was scratched with a razor blade. I showed them and was immediately told it was already there and technician identified it earlier. It had been identified on a makeshift form that I was presented when we walked back into office. I take very good care of my property and know for a fact they did it, but have no leg to stand on as it is my word versus theirs. I was not called to be made aware of any scratch and when I asked was told they thought I knew it was there when I dropped it off. Bubbles were in the bottom of both windows and I was told it was a good thing I caught it because it would have caused problems later if I hadn't have caught it. They fixed on the spot but I feel I shouldn't have to be the expert here. Very nice people but have the same problem as most of our society by refusing to accept responsibility for their actions.I realize fixing the scratch would cost more than the tint job if done right but that's the risk when you have poor installers.Buyer beware,they will not do the right thing. read more
