With taxes and fees, my total came to $45. I prefer to pay cash, so when I came in to pick up my order, I expected to pay the $45 shown on my order receipt. Instead, I was told the total was $57. I pointed out that the receipt on the bag clearly showed $45, but the employee said he didn't know how to fix the price. He then asked if I wanted to purchase just one item, but since it was a BOGO deal, that didn't really solve the issue. He showed me his screen, where the items were showing as $50 each, even though my online order had been confirmed at the lower price. If I had paid online, I would have been charged the $45 shown on my receipt. I understand that pricing systems can have issues, but good customer service would have been to honor the price I placed the order for rather than making me pay more because of an issue on the store's end. Pretty disappointing experience for my first visit...maybe I'll have better luck at the Emerald Dispo!

Also, I looked into this further, and their approach appears to be illegal. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. They used to have these cute sky patterned bags and I've never had to ask. I had two things and politely asked for a bag. She huffed and threw my stuff into this janky white paper bag and left me to grab the change and head out. Maybe it's because they've expanded and have multiple locations, or because this company is now established, but I've had much better experiences with small businesses and newer shops.
