Above these shortboxes are a fair selection of toys and collectables. Behind the counter are Pop Vinyl's, variant comic covers, and wall books. They also sell some sports cards and collectable card games. Employee was helpful and knowledgeable. This is a good small shop that has just about everything you would want out of a local comic shop.

The store was empty and as we walked toward the back, there was a gentleman sitting in a small office. He grunted at us when we greeted him. When we told him we were there to see about some free comic books he said those were just for kids. When we told him why we were there - seeking donations for Comic Books for Justice, he grunted again. Whether he would like to donate or not, or agrees with our mission or not, it was the rudest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Had he shown even the smallest inkling of kindness, my wife and I would have shopped the store and likely made some decent purchases. In any event, be warned. This is not a nice guy and not a very nice place.

I immediately felt like I was part of the store. The customer service was fantastic. The store itself had everything a comic book fan could ever need - anything from the newest comics, to older paperbacks, lots of toys & collectibles to cards games, and tons of bins full of back-issues. I was blown away by how much they kept in stock. After talking with the owners and learning more about their history and knowledge of the comic industry, it's clear that they truly put their customers first and are always willing to go out of the their way to make sure you've got the toys and comic books that you need. Whether you live 2 hours away or 2 minutes down the street, I highly recommend taking a trip to the Joker's Child and experiencing all of this for yourself. You will not be disappointed!
