After I picked it up, I noticed that the unit had began leaking oil on the underside onto my garage floor, which if had not done before it was serviced. I brought the leaf blower back to them in August and they now wanted to charge me $60 again just to examine the oil leak that began with their service. I don't bring my equipment into a business to pay them again to fix a problem they caused. I will not be using this business for equipment repairs in the future.

I went there picked it up, got it home, started it up and it ran for about five minutes and quit. I called them up and they said bring it back I did, and the same story, come get, I started up and it ran a few minutes and died... I called occasionally checking on and they would say, mind you I have already paid over $250.00 +. They would say two weeks, or nope I haven't had time to get to it and any other excuse as to why they weren't working on it. You know, "I'm waiting for parts to come in"...... fast forward two months later..... I get a call, "come get your blower" I asked is it working? I get a reply back, "nope just come get it"! Now they have cut the air filter off of it and I'm out $250.00+ there's no air filter cover on it and it's still not working and they have my money..... Huh, what the heck??? I'm out $250.+ and won't have a working blower.... Ha ha ha They want a good review from me.... I would give them a minus five stars!!!! Good luck folks!! I came in and worked through design ideas with Dan and was told that I would be able to receive my table within 2 weeks. Well two weeks came and went no phone call concerning anything and no updates to keep me informed as to what you were experiencing at the shop. I showed up two days after the two week time frame had come and gone, only to be told, "oh I didn't have a big enough order to get your order in on the steel truck." This was not my issue nor my concern when I had agreed in good faith to have something made for me, nor did I ask for the table to be completed within the specified time frame. I was given the time frame by Dan for completion when I inquired when it would be completed The attitude I experienced was very unapologetic instead of, "I'm terribly sorry let me see what I can do to assist you." The ladies in the office were amazing and always right there to be part of customer service. Dan you are very lucky to have them up front as I'm sure they assist with your business levels. I realize that mine was a very small project in the scope of what you do but I still felt very unappreciated within my community. And moving forward I will make sure to let people know the type of experience that I had with your shop and not recommend any of your work. I do work within the community and speak with a lot of people on a daily basis .  I tried to send this to their website to help them improve on their customer service and it was kicked back no longer available

My account was set up the same day and Mike ensured I was on their schedule for a new tank install as soon as the old tanks were removed. With one days notice, their driver (Casey) and another technician came first thing Friday AM and had the new tank installed. Because I didn't have another source for heating or cooking, they were given the authorization to fill this new tank with their 23 gallon tank (that I figure they use for unplanned needs). Casey told me of my route day (Fridays) and that he'd be by to fill the tank then. Instead, he came by the following Monday and filled the tank. Was very pleased that he made this stop outside of the normal delivery day. Compared to the last company I used, Hunt is great!

Well two days later, no phone call or notification the account was charged an additional $309.25. Questioning it we called and were given the run around about trailer rental and discounts. This doesn't sit well with me, after all we agreed on a price for the week and paid in full. We did not authorize the additional charge because we were unaware of it. They just decided let's make them pay a little more without even a phone call. Here we are today, we returned the equipment and were provided a receipt. There was a break down on the receipt with all the equipment rented totaling $949.62 (the agreed upon amount. Then there was a flat charge for the $309.25, yep you guessed it, no break down, nothing about trailer discounts or equipment rented, no explanation at all just a charge. With some argument they refunded part of the charge (not all) because they said the manager was out sick. Long story short, I do not recommend Rental Guys, they will just charge you more without a written break down or real explanation of why. Terrible way to do business.
