Great dealership. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. No run around by the sales staff. Just plain talk

Well, the sales manager, Muncie…read morePowers, at Rex Perry Autoplex is a copperhead in the leaves that you never even see until you step on it and get bit. I put a deposit down on a car because I was waiting on the sale of my vehicle to go through with another dealership. After giving it some thought I decided I wanted to trade my vehicle in on the car that I put a deposit down on because Muncie gave me a (verbal) comparable offer. I was asked to bring my car in to finalize everything and work the deal out and Muncie ended up changing my original offer, which changed the numbers we had already discussed. I wanted to think it over before I pulled the plug and before I left the dealership, he handed me a check for the deposit amount that I had put down, which I immediately clocked as a red flag. Shortly after leaving the dealership, I made the decision to go through with the updated numbers and called the dealership to let them know I would be by the following day (it was 15 min prior to close). I was transferred to Muncie's voicemail so I called again the next morning at 8:30 AM and was told that he had customers in his office and that he would call me back. After not receiving a call back I ended up calling the dealership again and was told Muncie had already left for the day. I was then transferred to my salesman, Jeremy (which I have nothing but GOOD things to say about) who informed me that Muncie sold the car that I was trying to buy. My family has purchased numerous vehicles from Rex Perry in the past. My dad currently has a vehicle sitting at the Rex Perry service department that's waiting on $3,500 worth of repairs and my mom is awaiting an estimate from Rex Perry on a trade in since she's currently looking for a Denali Acadia. We like to do business locally when we can, but when the locals you try to do business with could care less about earning or even keeping your business and are only looking to make a dollar, it's very discouraging and disappointing. If you're looking to buy a car just find the best deal, which isn't going to be at Rex Perry unfortunately.

Along with this they cut my cats off WITHOUT asking and wanted $1000 to replace them. No one answers the phone anymore and when they finally do you are automatically put on hold again for 5+minutes, just to never get a straight answer out of them. I don't know if it's just my agent or the whole service department, however it's getting ridiculous.

My son and I wanted a new Raptor and this Simone of the few dealerships in the Inited States that does not "RIP YOU OFF" and add $5000 on top of the Raptor's MSRP. The truth is we found several dealerships between here and California that will also sell their Raptor's at MSRP but the sales guy we met over the phone was what I call first class. I don't want to use his first name because I don't want to violate any of Yelp's guidelines so let's just say his name could also be your favorite type of pasta dish. LOL On top of that we were created by two different super nice people just walking in the door and then we met the general manager. After we kind of met everyone we then really got to see what a great dealership this is. I can't say enough about how awesome we were treated, at first I really was regretting flying from California all the way out to the middle of Texas but at the end of the day I'm very thankful that we did. Not only did we get a great truck but we got it at a great price and the way we were treated the staff at this particular dealership reminded me of how it used to be back in the day when you went in to buy a car. Keep in mind that we bought another matching Raptor just two weeks ago from a dealership back home in California. We paid more and the service was completely different. I would like to say thank you very much to everyone that helped out with this particular transaction and I'm not joking when I tell you we will be back when it's time to upgrade to the Raptor R. Thanks A

Save yourself the trouble, stress and heartache and just go find some other less dishonest car dealer to work with. They do nothing but sell LEMONS. They make promises they never keep, never return phone calls, they cheat you every way they can. And no one who is ever in the office (if they are ever there) can help you. If you actually do manage to find a way to talk to someone all thry do is pass the buck, NO ONE takes the initiative to try and make something right. I shouldn't have signed when I did and I knew I shouldn't but I had already been with out a car for 4+ months and it was the best one on the lot. (They tried to sell me one that the AC didn't work, a different one the drivers seat was broke laying all the way back and had no handle to even try to adjust the seat, one had a faint knock and the list goes on!) I haven't had this car 6 months and I've had to repair and replace so many things! Yes I realize a used car comes with it's own issues but I seriously doubt they even check out the vehicles before they put them on the lot (I mean how can you miss a broken driver's seat!!!) They have no sense of service, if you walk in trying to do anything but pay your bill you'll be met with rudeness and attitude. They sure know how to fake it when they are trying to get you in a car though!!!! Just don't, find someone else to work with, anyone else has got to better than this business!!!!!! They feed heavily on those in tight/desperate situations and then they hang you out to dry while they are milking every last penny out of you they can!

The owner and salesmen we very kind and personable. We bought a 10 year old vehicle that had a few little issues and we were very surprised and pleased that they were all handled by the dealership before we even picked up the vehicle. Within the first week we had contacted the business about issues with the vehicle due to being told we had a 30 day warranty. In which the owner replied that the warranty doesn't cover it and there wasn't anything that could be done. Within the first month our new reliable car that we spent thousands on was barely running and we've had to replace numerous parts since. Now just 6 months after, the car does not run! Every problem is not something new or due to poor handling, and was hidden to be "sellable" in which we were the lucky family to be stuck with it. This is a newer vehicle in which was described as great condition and perfect for our family. You will not get your money's worth here and unfortunately will probably end up with a broken vehicle just like us. Beware please.
