I can't thank George Govel Enough for the wonderful job he did! I googled welders in the area and this company had the best reviews. I had a memory lamp I was given in memory of my husband, but my two little puppies knocked it over and it broke off at the at the base. So I took it in and showed George he said he would take a look at it ,but it was going to be involved because the wiring on it needed to be removed before he could take care of the base , he called a few days later and said the job was done I'm just so happy as this has such a wonderful meaning! I used Govel to do some welding for me recently and found them pretty easy to work with. I prepped the metal beforehand and gave them a diagram of what I wanted. They quoted a rate of $100 an hour, and the work for my project came to about 3/4 of an hour. Stopped by when I got out of work two weeks ago. They weren't able to take me that day, but were able to the next day. I had a clean break from the pipe leaving my engine to the cat converter. They were able to weld it back together, and the total came to $75, much much less than the cost of a new exhaust. about 5 years ago, my electric stove burner, broke away from the support metal piece that is under the burner. i took it to george thinking he really couldn't do anything for such a small piece of work as a bracket, right on the spot--he took the time to weld that piece right back on :) and i am still using it today and it is still strong and working fine . thank you soo much george. so today, i had a noise analyzed by a mechanic. he said an exhaust pipe had broken in half and it could be welded back together and i should go to george govel.
