We bought an LG fridge, along with a new dishwasher and induction range (all recommended by Wirecutter). The fridge was dead on arrival, so Feiden replaced it ... with another fridge that didn't work. They said they had no idea what the problem was, so we ultimately switched models. Ten days after the dishwasher was connected, it started showing an error message, and trying to get a technician out here to fix this brand new appliance has been a nightmare. Feiden doesn't seem to care that so many of its appliance are defective--everyone I've spoken to has shrugged their shoulders, as though this is all totally normal. I would avoid them at all costs
