Nice little Mall for a small country town. Being from Ca it was small compared to what I'm use too. None the less great place to shop

This was a pretty cool mall. Went on a Monday during the summer and it was not jam packed! Plenty of people around without it being too much. Plenty of options for food as well as other shops for people of all ages. There was a children's train that took people around the mall for $3 per person which isn't too bad. Will be back. read more

We have been to this mall countless times over the years. I have been to this area off and on for the past two decades. I have to say that the improvements to the mall are nice now that I have a little one. Here are the perks that we enjoy: (1) The Kid Zone, thanks to the community church that sponsored this addition to the mall in recent years. (It's new to us after returning to the area last year!) (2) The Apple Express, which I recall was the Governor's Train for many years. So glad that it is still running and an affordable ride for the kiddos (& all of those young-at-heart)! My Dad enjoyed riding it with his grandson almost as much as my son! Lol (3) TWO children's stores that offer the cutest babies' and kids' clothing. The Children's Place and Carter's / Osh Kosh B'Gosh stores were not in the mall five years ago. I like not having to drive to Nashville when I want to shop in person! (4) Dillard's, Belks, and JCPenney have survived the market crash in 2008/9 and the Covid-19 world pandemic. We like department stores for one-stop shopping, especially for gifts! These provide enough options for all the things - clothing, shoes, toys, home goods, & jewelry gifts! Last Monday, as we were about to leave, I promised my little guy some play time in their Kid Zone. It was closed due to cleaning. No problem. We patiently waited for it to re-open, then enjoyed the clean and safe play space. Please remind your kiddos to remove their shoes (in case they can't read the sign posted at the entrance that says shoes must be removed). There are cubbies under the bench seats to place said shoes. And, please supervise your kiddos! They can't just go there and play on their own. Just saying... and thanks to those parents who follow the posted rules! ;-) read more

I've visited malls across the whole country and this little mall is a family fav! Very clean with friendly people. Our kiddos love the train! Store's are mainstream and the newly renovated movie theater was very nice. read more

Governor's Square Mall has some major department stores and small boutiques I enjoy seeing. The only mall in Clarksville is very small for a mall, but it is easy to navigate. Many of the stores give military discount...a big plus. You do have to provide ID though. I rarely go to the mall except to buy hard to find items in the area like KVD eyeliner in Sephora in JC Penney's, free gifts with purchase from Belks, oversized soft tees and cardigans to disappear in from Torrid, fun stuff from Spencers, Bath & Body Works fragrance mist, and yoga pants from Aerie. During Halloween season, they have Spirits, a Halloween costume and decor store. Yesterday, I came to the mall to buy raspberry donut body fragrance mist from Bath & Body Works. It smells like actually donuts with raspberry filling. I even bought a bottle of it for a friend. It was worth the trip, and I was glad that I didn't encounter lines. Yay! I did enjoy doing some shopping in Aeropostale, a store I never visit, and bought an Ace of Spade necklace. Aerie is my favorite store in this mall, because the customer service is stellar, and I get the cutest shopping bags to carry my items there. I like that I can get American Eagle Cash Rewards in Aerie to purchase items I like. Their clothing and lingerie are so comfortable and seamless like their yoga pants. The mall is less crowded on week days - early in the morning. Big department stores like Dillards, Belks, Ross, and JC Penny are located here. Most stores require that you wear a mask and provide sanitation stations and masks. read more

Small quickie mall, got all the basic necessities & some brands. Nothing fancy. Like a old persons mall honestly very chill. Best thing we love about it is the train that goes through the mall haha. $3 per person for the train ride. We love it. It's right in front of JcPenney entrance area with the kids play area. read more

i visited JD's sports and there was a downright disgusting employee. i think her name might be abigail or ashley? i walked in looking for some shoes, and she told me that because i "looked broke" i shouldn't be in there. now i know i wasn't in business attire, but it was my only day off and i threw something on. i then tried to ask for help once more, but she was too busy laughing and joking with co-workers. i probably will not revisit until she's gone. read more

First of all, I will gladly admit that I don't shop....in person. I buy almost everything online. I despise the chore of shopping for anything besides groceries. But, there are certain occasions when we must shop. Funeral clothes. Emergency shopping is ridiculously priced. But there are some great sales going on! Bed, Bath, and Beyond send out great coupons, and I got a full size body spray and three wick candle for about $12, savings of $38. Not too shabby! read more

From what I gather from the residents, this is the Mall in Clarksville area. It's a decent sized mall with good variety of shops for your shopping needs. Having departments stores like Dillard's, Belk and Sears is a good thing. You can find almost all the popular stores you normally find in any US malls. In that sense, it's very good. Food court is small but fair. Parking lot is somewhat confusing, but large enough. There are some restaurants and other stores within the mall complex which makes this mall more attractive. In/out of the mall may be challenging depends on the time of the day due to the heavy traffic on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in front of the Mall. Happy shopping! read more

I was at the mall yesterday, my 6 month old was getting fussy so I went to the bathroom to nurse her assuming I'd have to do it in a bathroom stall like most other places. The bathroom I went into had two rooms specifically for breastfeeding mothers. This just blew my mind, I was so happy to have a comfortable VERY CLEAN place to nurse my daughter. These rooms even have a privacy curtain, rocking chair and table for your drinks. There is also a outlet for those mamas who just need to pump. The whole mall was very clean! Decent mall. Parking was easy, no hasstle. Was not crowded. Peacefull mall for shopping. Small Mall compared to others, good selection of stores.clean and well kept. Food court also small, not to many selections. 4 out of 5 employees you interact with are helpfull and friendly. Good sales & discounts in all stores. The staff in the theater was awesome the movie and price was good but the mall has issues at the only open entrance at the food court at 9:40 at night to get to the theater there were kids fighting when and adult women going in for the movie her first time there and she said last was cussed and threatened by the kids we all hurried inside the security desk was right there inside the door and no body was there to deal with the issues we did not feel safe so as much as I like that theater me and my family will be going to regal until the issues of safety can be addressed at the mall read more

If ever you have lived in or visited Hopkinsville, KY and gone to the 'mall' there, you will LOVE this mall! My boyfriend and I visited on Sunday 6/14/15- the anchor stores don't open until noon but the rest of the mall opens at 11 on Sundays. We arrived right after 11 as we just wanted to peruse and see what they have to offer. I personally wouldn't buy anything expensive there because I refuse to pay their sales tax of 9.5% as KY is much lower- 6%- and if the store is in Bowling Green, KY- I'll go there or purchase somewhere else in KY. The mall itself is nice meaning it's clean/ well maintained. The restroom has breast feeding stations. The food options are: Subway, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, frozen yogurt, hot dog/burgers, pretzels, bulk candy store, and I'm sure others I missed- you won't go hungry. If you live close and the weather is crappy, even if you have no desire to shop, it gives a nice option to stretch your legs- there was a good number of mall walkers. read more

Today was the first time I had been in this mall. I live down the road but usually go to Greenhills Mall when shopping. Just from the parts of the mall that I went to, I saw that things were clean and neat and it seemed as though there was a good variety of stores. The next time that I am in the area and have time to do so I will definitely go shopping and will bring my wife. read more

4 stars for the train that runs around the mall. My toddler loved riding and watching the train. It's $3 a person 6+months and older. A great way to entertain a little one for a morning. The sign said it started running at 11:30, but we got on around 11:10. read more

Need traffic light system for those hours from 4pm to 6:30 pm traffic, this is like the place everyone wants to go to just to be gettin out in traffic.... The mall itself is ok they have all the major stores most malls have. That's my only gripe is it's hard to get to the mall during heavy traffic then leave because all the exits lead right to the main hwy. read more

I'm done shopping at sears. 3 strikes and you are out. Strike 1: I had to wait 2 hours past the time i was told my oil change would be done. Never told they were short handed or anything. Just left me stewing. And to top it all off on the final receipt at the top where is says time promised to customer it said the time i got it. not the time it was promised to me so it looked like the car was returned on time. Strike 2: I bought about $400 in tools and a new tool box. It took forever for them to find the toolbox. Finally got it home and put the tools in it only to find it had been tweaked and wouldn't sit flat on all 4 corners so it teetered whenever I was digging for tools in it. I emptied all the tools and took it back to exchange it. They wouldn't take it back because it was the last toolbox like that they had. Told me it had been on clearance. I offered to give it back and pay full price on a different toolbox but they said no. Really? Strike 3: Optical. Where I live I'm very limited on where I can buy glasses. It is the end of the year so we have to spend the insurance money or loose it. I ordered 2 new sets of glasses. They are suppose to be in before Christmas. So I know how busy they can be this time of year and how things slip through cracks and phone calls not get made. I looked online and seen they close at 7pm. So I drive into town through all the crappy traffic and get there about 10 minutes before they close. Whats this? They are closed already? Its only 6:50! Oh my what do I see....sign says they close at 6pm. So I drove all the way to town for no reason and now I have to fight traffic all the way home again and for nothing. Yes I could have called but still the website SHOULD be correct as much as people use it to get information they need about the store!! If I could cancel my order on my glasses and stop the payment on them I would!!! I will not shop at sears ever again. Its no wonder they are struggling to stay open. read more
