Just moved here from Hawaii and the Targets there were always packed and they sold fresh produce and liquor. I was a little surprised how empty this one was. Seemed a little understocked and surprised to find it doesn't sell liquor. More shopping options here than Hawaii means I likely won't frequent here very often. read more

I recently moved to Clarksville and being that Target is my preferred store for essentials, I was happy that there was a store not far from home. However, after my first visit, I can honestly say that this is one of the dirtiest and dumpiest stores I have ever set foot in. I saw so many misplaced and broken items all over the store. If Target didn't have decent cat litter in jugs, I would definitely not walk through the doors again. I may end up shopping at Walmart and I absolutely hate Walmart! Clarksville is a big enough town that it should have a bigger, cleaner and more organized store. The 1 star I gave goes to the cashiers who have been very friendly. The store gets zero stars! read more

We've been coming here on and off for the better part of two years. In that time it's rapidly declined. Every department is unorganized and a mess. Typically we enjoy the shopping environment Target has to offer but this store does not meet the mark. Maybe it's a staffing issue? Maybe it's the carelessness of the customers? read more

I miss going to larger Target stores in Florida. The Target store in Clarksville is ok. Not the best. The options there was limited. No Starbucks for iced coffee BUT they had the storage shelf containers I was looking for surprisingly. I have little energy left as my daughter and I drove from Paris this morning to the Clarksville Target at 2 am to try and get the PS5 as they have 20 on hand (just got a new shipment to multiple locations). Waited to 6:30 am on her birthday just to be told that you can only get them online as we have to observe social distancing. I guess you can't even be 6 feet apart in 28 degree weather waiting in a line the same way you can being inside the store with a cart touching all the items with numerous people around (since they are still serving the public!). How can we teach the youth of America that working hard to get a PS5 will always lose to bots and scalpers online that will take the PS5 and resell it. Way to set an example Target. read more

I usually love Target stores, always willing to drive further out passing other, similar stores to get to a Target, however, this Target is a bit of a disappointment. It's soooo small. Targets have always been my preference. However, the Target in Clarksville leaves much to be desired. The quality of items seems to be lower here and the store itself is seriously lacking. There is no Pharmacy, no grocery, and unlike the one by Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC, there is no Starbucks =/ That in itself is a horror haha. Honestly, though, I've been there maybe twice and now I stick to Wal-Mart. Funny, in other cities, I would bypass Wal-Mart and drive the extra miles to Target, here its reverse. read more

Genuinely the saddest Target I've ever been to in my life. I love Target stores and have always enjoyed shopping at them, but this store is like the awkward misplaced store that the corporation somehow forgot about. I'm not sure if it's the management or what but something really needs to change. This small Target was an immediate let down upon walking in. Usually Targets are bright, and a pleasure to go into. This one, however, feels darker and tiny. I typically like to go to Target just because it's Target! But this one, I only stop in for a diaper run because they have the best prices for bulk diaper boxes. Walking in, there's the usual target smell of the food court: popcorn and some other smell I can never put my finger on. While on the topic of the food court, the hours are not consistent. They are almost never open when they are supposed to be. And seem to always be under staffed there. The dollar spot in the front is usually halfway gone through and tends to be missing a big chunk of items throughout. But they do have the cute stuff, so I'll usually stop by anyways. Each department is pretty small, mostly because the store itself is very small. You'll find a little bit of each, but never enough to actually want to stay and browse awhile. While it's not the *worst* Target (fingers crossed), it *is* far from the best. read more

Love target but the restrooms are so disgusting. Literally none of the stalls were flushed, one was clogged, and the only "clean" one I went in was out of toilet paper. Trash all over the floor and a dirty diaper unraveled in the trash. read more

The grocery section was completely bare! Definitely not the greatest target I've been to.

Other reviews warned me not to stop here but I only needed one thing and figured hey all Target stores have it so I shouldn't have a problem....... Close this store down. If you cannot upgrade this location into a super Target to improve I don't see why it's even here. Obviously locals aren't happy either. Please do something about this. read more

I regularly go to Target but would like to share this specific experience. I went to Target on Friday July 29th about an hour or two before closing. I was having a very hard & emotional day and was aimlessly walking around on the phone with my mom and had my arms full of things because I wasn't even thinking to get a cart in the moment. A very very sweet man that worked there came up to me and said " you look like you only came in for one thing" and then handed me a basket and although that didn't seem like a huge deal to most people it made my night so much better because he didn't have to do that at all but he simply saw me struggling and wanted to help me. It's the little acts of kindness that mean the most. I truly hope this review reaches him. Unfortunately I didn't see his name badge before he walked away but I truly appreciate him being so kind especially after the extremely hard day I had been having. read more

I am not generally a fan of Target the way many people are. That being said, this is the worst Target store in existence. In the five and a half years I have lived in the area, I can count on one hand the number of times I have visited this location and enjoyed my experience in any form. Pros: Its not one of the 9 Wal-Marts in the area. It is easy to find parking because no one shops here. They finally installed self check-out so you do not have to interact with their regularly awful staff. Cons: Literally the smallest Target store in existence. No plus size clothing selection Extremely limited men's selections Generally bad clothing selections Consistently out of stock as the store is too small to sufficiently stock to meet the needs of the population of the Fort Campbell area. Employees are RUDE. Occasionally you can find a nice one but the long term employees are absolutely nasty and patronizing. No Pharmacy Extremely limited product selection due to size of store Limited Grocery (Note a small row of coolers/freezers was recently installed, they now carry approximately as much as Mapco in the cold food section) Overall this Target location stinks. There is a reason the lot is always half empty and why people leave empty handed. Target missed the chance to expand into a larger location when the adjacent buildings were empty, as well as the dozens of alternate site development opportunities they have ignored. read more

Oh Target, my favorite store. If only this one was better. The managers are rude, as are a lot of the workers. The ones who aren't rude, are fake friendly. They hoard a lot of the clearance items (check behind the customer service counter the day items go 75% off), and shop on the clock. I have heard workers brag that they hide all the "good stuff" in the back for when it goes cheap. The store hasn't been updated in at least 15-20 years. They also are not as well stocked as other Targets. I will spend the money on gas and drive to Nashville. read more

If you are Person of color...DO Not Spend your Money at this store!! Upon entering store followed into the bathroom... didn't think much of it until 4 Target employees felt the need to encircle me at and my little one as we browsed the value section... upon walking out of the small alcove one employee lunged towards me....then a large burley employee had been hovering over me....I left immediately...but returned moments later to get corporate adrs and phone was told by Sandy the manager they aren't allowed to give that info out. As I looked around to see all the employees who were encamped about me now working registers...and the Caucasian mothers and daughters allowed to shop in peace. Broke my heart. I love targets. This target is by far the teeniest target I have ever seen. They don't even have a pharmacy!! The team members are friendly but the cashiers and front end staff are def lacking. Came here looking for cabinet safety looks to prevent my child from getting into chemicals under our sink and was told "Target no longer sells them". Even though online it says they do. First we were told they were in the infant section (pointed to from across the store instead of walking us over to where they were supposedly located), which they weren't. Then I stopped another woman who said they just moved the entire store so she had no idea where they would be (she at least walked over to the area she thought they would be in). The second person located another employee who worked in the baby department and she was the one who said they no longer sell them. IF this is true, this is very concerning. Cabinet locks are kind of a pertinent safety device when you have small children. Needless to say I will not be going back to this target again. Very disappointed in the lack of product and lack of customer service. read more

Worst Target Ever!!! No pharmacy, no Starbucks, very small and limited availability of merchandise. It's so outdated even after a disappointing remodel last year. It was terrible with neon lights decor before that. The city of Clarksville is very large. I can't believe no one has built a better store for this size of town. I moved here from Nashville and was really excited that I had a Target really close to our new home but the moment I walked trough those doors I felt as if I was stepping into a 2005 Target. I am wondering what exactly was renovated because it looks very outdated. Anywho I hope they make an expansion and real changes soon because this city is growing fast and they need to grow with it. I have been there so much when I first moved here. Never had a problem until a month ago when I tried to return an air mattress that was never opened. I was declined for a refund even though their own policy says I am able to get one. Thinking nothing of it at that time, I went home and told my parents and they sent me back with my older brother. We went back and a young worker started the process when one of the workers who had helped me twenty minutes earlier stopped the young man and said that it is not possible. Then Sandy came into the equation and said it was not possible and we went to the sports section and grabbed the little paper with their own policy that said we could get refunded for the mattress. We proceeded to the customer service and my brother read it slowly to Sandy. Sandy, being the miserable person she is, decided to play the victim card and said to my brother that he can't speak to her that way. We were raised to be respectful and kind and composed but we are young and hot headed so my brother had a tone after being interrupted in a very rude fashion by an older women with longer hair. He said nothing insulting and then Sandy being the irrational person who thinks she's above the policy asked us to leave. So we kindly left and Terrell who had gotten in my brothers way of the counter and in his face said that we were both banned. I said nothing during the time in the store that night. Yet I was banned? Most workers are lovely but those three are very rude and delusional. We got the refund because of my dad, he went in with the target chat up and told them he wanted a refund. Sandy slapped the tape on the box and said that the tape was not their tape. Then my dad went to grab another one and went back to customer service and Terrell was their getting the refund ready and Sandy had left during the time that my dad was gone to grab another air mattress. read more

I was terribly disappointed in this location, as the selection was terrible and many items were out of stock. This Target makes me want to bang my head against a wall.. I come from a city with 5 huge Targets, so I guess I'm in culture shock.. I would say save yourself the hassle and just order online, but they only sell a lot of things "in store " and not available or in stock at this Target... it's just sad... drive to Nashville or at the very least if you know what you are looking for call the store before you make the trip, so you don't show up and get upset when they don't have it in stock, lol. read more
