I received a disappointing call from the representative of the person who hit me and my husband and I just knew I was going to need some representation. I was surprised when someone had the time to talk to me just before the holiday weekend. The receptionist took my information and said that she would pass along my information to one of their DE lawyers. She called back quickly. I was told that my case wasn't big enough to interest anyone at the law firm. That is my paraphrasing. The exact comment was that the law firm only handles "catastrophic cases" in DE. If the profit margin doesn't "fit" the law office will tell you to "git." An attorney from the law firm called to apologize for my disappointing experience. He said that the receptionist did not have all of her facts and should not have shared them incorrectly. The extra star is for the attorney who offered to give advice and did not expect any changes in the rating.
