When I asked her to specify what was included in the estimate, she refused to do so and upon further questioning, she simply stated that they were not interested in the project. In other words, she blew me off. I asked her twice to have the representative Richard call me. She refused to respond. Not only did I waste an entire day on this effort but it is disappointing to realize that this business has devolved into the hands of an emotionally disturbed woman, at the least, if not lunatic.

However, there were a few problems: There is one area at the outer edge of the house the manufacturer specifically marked that there should be a support piling in that area. The piling was there, but was about 2" short. I had to add blocks to where it's actually supporting the house. Approx. 2 weeks later the floor is squeaking in an area that wasn't before. They did not replace the skirting they'd removed while working. I spent over 4 hours replacing the skirting. I tried to contact them, no response.

Do not expect what you pay for and or to be treated with any respect. What we paid for and what we…read morereceived are two different things. Some lights were NEVER delivered and the ones that were (chandeliers), were missing crystals and or lamps and he said someone on site lost them. My husband helped our electrician to put them up. Why would anyone take crystals from a chandelier? One of them was discounted and NOW we know why. Keith is condescending and rude. We spent over 10k to be treated this way. We paid upfront in full and three of the chandeliers were thrown in a box with zero protection. Trust me I'm doing you a favor. There are so many other respectful place to go for fixtures. I'm going to post where in his own words was a lie.
