Walking inside instantly makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I don't know whether it's the bright windows that lets in all the sunshine or the modern decor or the welcoming smile and greetings from the instructor. There are little cubicles to stash your belongings and bathrooms in the back. The place is always clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in her business. The bathrooms are always stocked with the best toilet paper and actual hand towels. The little fridge has coconut water and regular bottle water in case you forgot your water bottle. I did that once! The class was small so we listened to a recording and our instructor Pooja practiced with us. The room was nice and hot. It went by quickly and just like that; the 90 minute class was done. I truly enjoyed it especially the ice cold lavender towel at the end. It makes me feel so good to have done something good for my body. I left feeling amazing: mind and body. I drank my bottle of water with liquid IV and drove home thinking: Today is a great day!

I don't live in Bexley but I'm often met with friendly classmates and the teachers know my name. Parking is easy to find and the studio is clean, with ample sanitizers around. Often they have free protein bars for grabs... BONUS. The owner is friendly and has been responsive to issues I've had with scheduling. I do think a few upgrades would go a long way. For one, there is not enough equipment for each member in some of the fuller classes - there seems to be a shortage of 3lb and 4lbs weights. I'd LOVEEE new equipment to help switch up the variety of the class - like ankle weights, pilate rings or weighted balls. Just a thought. There's only so much you can do with body weight, a ball and 5 lb or less weights in a barre class. Most of the teachers are creative and great at adding variety but other times it feels a bit stale. I also noticed in the classpass app its says free towels and water. There isn't water or towels. There's a brita filter water pitcher in their back area inside of a fridge but I'm not sure if it's open to the public. I've been dying of thirst before and asked about water and was told to grab a glass from the cabinet and use that brita - I felt like I was at a friend's house asking an adult for a drink, lol. Anyway, a water cooler would be wonderful. A girls gotta stay hydrated to be well! Thank you Be Well for fostering a nice, friendly environment and having some of the best barre teachers around!

When you enter it feels like a bright airy cocoon filled with natural lighting. The instructors are informative, skilled and offer modifications whether you need to simplify things or would like to challenge yourself a bit more. Once it's time for shavasanah they easily close the automatic blinds allowing for full relaxation free from distractions. The thing that I like most is the wide variety of class offerings. Given that she was going, it was something I was able to go to, and my home studio offered something else at the same time that was not my preference, it was the perfect chance to check out the studio. It's always easier to try something new with a friend - even if you arrive first. Parking was easy once I got there. I use to live in the area so I knew my options. It looks like there are a couple of dedicated spaces behind the building - but there's lots of street parking nearby on the residential side streets. I got there early like they said to - before the instructor opened the building. And I was not alone. Our studio just about always opens 20+ minutes before class. Not so here. No biggie. Still plenty of time to get settled in. The store front area is small with a desk, a couple retail items, and coat hooks and shoe cubbies. The yoga room is HUGE compared to what I'm used to. That being the case, people were able to take their bags and "stuff" with them. I found this nice as I had my phone, car keys, a little $, towel, hair ties and mat towel - all in a little bag. So to have and my water bottle handy was cool. There were plenty of props available - blocks, bolsters and blankets. The only thing I didn't see were straps. ALl the same - plenty for everyone. The set up of the room was good - although the instructor barely demo'd - rather wandering most of the time. I made the mistake of being in the back row and set up against the wall - like the lady next to me. It didn't leave room to stretch arms over my head when lying down. However, it let me do a headstand later - which I still like to have a wall - not do in an open area. There was NO MUSIC. Hatha style maybe? Or instructor's preference? No idea. However, I didn't notice until sivasana. Overall, nice class. Very basic. Not much vinyasa (if at all), but good to return to the basics and try something new.

That was so nice! All I had to do was jump right in the class! The down part to it was after... I asked if they needed anything from me and she said to fill out my info and that was it. It was assumed since it was my first time it was free since she said that was all she needed from me and then told me to have a nice night. I get a phone call 30mins later from them letting me know I didn't pay for my session. And that next time I will need to. No one told me I had to pay and I wouldn't leave without doing so if I had to. Just felt really awkward and annoyed about that. Bad first impression.

Plenty of parking out front and a very beautiful, nice, and welcoming studio. Very calm and warm when you walk in. Anna is so nice and she really cares about your well-being. She made sure to explain to me how to fix my form, my posture, etc. I booked the pilates class and I felt every minute of the workout. Anna was super mindful about our tolerance and endurance, she asked questions to get to know us more, and she made sure to show us how to modify certain positions and stances to fit our tolerance and bodies. Next, the vibes here are perfect for getting into the yoga flow. The sunlight floods the room in the morning and it's wonderful. Their schedule isn't packed with millions of classes like some studios, but they offer a 630 AM class which is primo for my schedule. It's a large studio which is nice because I've never had someone within arms reach of me (I've been mat to mat before in yoga, it can get awk). I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit out of the way for me, and there aren't always classes that fit my schedule. But overall, I recommend at least trying this place out! One of my favorite things about this studio is that it is very large, so even during full classes you're not typically so close to your neighbor that you can't fully express your poses. I love the sunrise classes to get my days off to a good start!
