Does the Chimney needwork...yes. The problem was the sealant around the flashing and the way it was secured to the chimney. I also had damage to aluminum flashing around my windows when his gutter contractor used the window sill to stand on while installing new gutters. He didn't offer to solve anything. The new gutters are good, the contractor's employee was not. No resolution was given.

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. Danny, the owner, told me they could swing by and take a look. I finished my walk, and within minutes they were already at my house. They put a ladder up and immediately saw I was missing shingles. Danny was shocked I wasn't getting water inside. Without hesitation, he and his guys grabbed shingles from their truck and fixed the problem right then and there. He told me it was his "good deed for the day" and refused to take a dime. Danny was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about helping. His crew was just as polite and professional.
