Have used many times for gutter cleaning, power washing and deck painting. Results were always good. As it was time to paint deck again called and had it completed. Did not use deck for a few weeks because of being away on vacation. When we id use it on return I noticed areas tha were not as completed as other parts. After calls, texts and forwarding pictures received no visit or return calls or text. Still have not !!! Certainly not satisfied !! read more

Greg is rude and rushed as if the customer is a nuisance to him. After our gutters were cleaned I noticed one of the downspouts was on the ground and full of leaves and mud (this has been intact for the past 20 years). When I asked Greg about this he blamed it on me and said I hadn't had it properly secured. It left me wondering whether the rest of the gutters had actually been cleaned. My mother had Greg come for an estimate to power wash her patio. When she questioned whether the sand between the bricks would need to be replaced he became very short tempered, cancelled her job and kept her deposit. When I called to question his behavior he sent me a picture of the torn up check. We discovered that he did in fact deposit the check. He is rude, impatient and dishonest. read more

I'm sure his workers would have done an ok job but the way in which Mr. Natalu spoke with me is unacceptable. I talked with him yesterday about a job but because he was unable to do it the way that was best for me, I thought it over and I called to cancel this morning. I was very polite and apologized for the trouble. After he remembered who he was talking to he told me "I'm very busy.... You're wasting my time..." Wow! Wow!! I have used Greg Natali Home Improvement now twice for my gutters and I am beyond impressed. They are efficient, responsive, and do an incredible job. I most recently hired them to clean the gutters for my house and my neighbor's house (we have a large tree that drops leaves & seeds over both properties). When I got home, I thought I had walked into the wrong yard. Not only had they cleaned out the gutters, but they had cleaned up all the leaves that had fallen in our yard too. It was beautiful! Greg sent his team to clean the gutter of my house. Their team showed up at 4:45 on a day when sun is setting at 4:36 pm. His team reported to him at 5:10 that they have completed the job. I was working in my office in the front of the house. Due to covid, I was watching the workers from inside the house (a house with lots of windows). I saw them cleaned the front of the house, and the garage gutter but they never open the gate (which is unlocked) and clean the gutter of the side and back of the house. I told Greg his workers are lying to him about the job is completed. I understand he wants to defend his workers. He said he will send someone the next day to check. However, due to their dishonesty, I paid them for the 25 minutes of working but I will never hired them again. Dishonest workers! read more

Greg and his team have always provided great service. Most recently, we contacted Greg for power washing the entire house. He responded the next morning. Greg arrived to survey the job, noting areas that would need a more gentle touch and giving us the price - very reasonable! His team arrived the next day and took care to do prep work before the power washing - clearing gutters and trimming back the branches against the walls. Greg is a great businessman. He runs his own business with his customer's needs in mind. The job, gutter cleaning, was scheduled a week earlier, and when the very cold weather prevented them from coming, I got an email from Greg explaining that he would have to delay the visit. His team arrived. Mario, the team leader, rang the bell and introduced them. He asked about special needs or concerns I had, noting that the gutter cleaning might get stuff on my car and offered me the chance to move it before they started. (Mario is a gem.) They got to it, and cleaned up the area nicely before they left. The job was well done and reasonably priced. I've had him do this job for me three years running. So unprofessional. I am a mom of 5 and am extremely busy. I took time out of my day to make sure all went smoothly. He wasn't even on site for the gutter cleaning but I was home when the workers were there and he charged me for extra time even though the workers had already left. He gave me a quote and then demanded more than he originally asked for and continued to HARASS me to pay him more. Beware of his unprofessionalism and do NOT hire him. read more

Another contractor brought my gutters to my attention and told me I needed to have them cleaned ASAP. I told him that I had just had them done a few days before and he told me that that was absolutely impossible that there were actually plants GROWING out of my gutter. What makes it worse is that some of Greg's workers came just a few hours before I took photos (since I had complained) and said the gutters were clean. Seriously? Am I some kind of fool? And, I doubt that between 10am and 3pm on a sunny, beautiful day, they would get YEARS worth of debris in them. They came by today after I complained AGAIN and they just looked at it and LEFT! He refused to clean this gutter that was obviously overlooked when they cleaned the others. But, he begged me not to give him a bad review because he has kids. Seriously? I have kids, too. And, I am not going to pay for a job that was not done. He just kept telling me I was wasting his time and money!!! Is that a way to speak to a customer??? :( All he had to do was clean this one gutter today, apologize that it was overlooked and be done with it. I would have paid him on the spot. Great...responded quickly to my call and was out there very soon. As I can't see my gutters & down spouts, I assume they did a good job. Have used them before and it helped with ice damming up on clogged gutters and water not draining properly, so that it kind of cascades off gutters. Have learned if you don't keep your gutters clean, that backed up water that freezes and melts can cause damage to the roof and break thru into your house! read more

I spoke to Greg Natali and told him we had a leak directly below a specific pipe on our roof. I told him which pipe it was and his crew did the wrong pipe (as I noticed from the pictures he sent). When I told him about it I got this reply, "I spoke with my manager and after he inspected all the pipes that was the only one that required any work." We also talked on the phone and I was flabbergasted when he refused to take any lesson from the miscommunication and asked that I pay the bill. They should have at least sealed the pipe that I had called about and then maybe the pipe he thought needed to be sealed. Or maybe Greg himself should look at the pipe if there is a discrepancy between what his customer says and his manager. (I really don't think his manager inspected our pipes, anyway --- he worked on the seal able to reach from the ladder.) It's easier to believe his manager in this case even though I told him which pipe needed the seal. I will pay the bill, but will never hire him for anything again. read more

I hired Greg Natali to clean my gutters, which his crew did. He charges by the time spent. I waited for an invoice because I did not know the exact amount to send him. He phoned me and said he sent an invoice, but when he told me the email address he had sent it to, it was wrong, even though we had been in email communication previously. I also mentioned to him that a neighbor had approached one of his crew on the job, and they chatted for about ten minutes. He was on my time at that point, but Greg just said, "Yeah, that happens." Nonetheless, I promptly sent him a check. I also noticed that an elbow from the downspout was on the ground and emailed him to ask that he send someone to re-install it. It took another email to remind him, and he came to my house, did the work, but found a broken piece and installed that, too, in a couple of minutes -- for an additional $65, saying that was his minimum charge (even though he was already on site). He also implied that the elbow was blown off by the wind. I reminded him that I requested him to re-install it some weeks before we had a lot of wind. It had been on the gutter system since it had been replaced a few years earlier and was off after his guys did their work. I was surprised at the price and suggested that he give an estimate before doing additional work since he was already on site. I gave him a check for the additional work even though he said I could just not pay him anything and never call him again. He was contentious during most of our interactions, and I will certainly not use his company again. I have to say that he quickly emailed me to apologize "if I came off as mad." Nonetheless, his attitude and demeanor are not what one would expect from a company that you'd think would want to get repeat business from customers whose gutters need cleaning from year to year. read more
