This company was a God send. So on 9/9/23 my mom got married in a suburbs outside of Philly. My Maid of Honor gift was that my mom was bringing my dear friend Millie, who I've known thru social media but never met in person. Millie is a double amputee, so it's not as simple for her to get from A to B. So we end up getting her there in a wheelchair accessible Uber. It ended up being an ambulance that picked her up and drove her to 45 minutes to the location. As 7:00 p.m. hit, we started calling for another Uber because she had to get home and by 7:45 p.m., nobody had picked it up. We ended up finding out that they didn't offer the service in the area that we were in, which would have been nice if the driver had dropped her off would have let us know. So now at 8:00 p.m. we are panicking because she has her power chair and she can't just use a regular car. He called a bunch of local cab companies and none of them have wheelchair accessible vehicles. We called the police to see if there's any help they could provide because she was 45 minutes from home and nobody at the wedding had a vehicle I could get her home and most of the party was above the legal limit for driving. Half the wedding was making phone calls and seeing what could be done because it was getting very serious. Around 9:00 p.m. my little cousin got a phone call back from this company. She explained the situation and the owner said that they were dropping the man off in center City but they would be there to pick her up by 10:15 p.m. They got there around 10:00 and to our surprise, the owner himself had a prosthetic leg and had called a friend to take the ride with him because of how serious the situation was. They were literally the only company that was able to help us and I don't even think their service that area because of how serious the situation was they did not hesitate to make sure they got her home safely. His company was seriously amazing and companies like uber and Lyft should be ashamed of themselves because they didn't even notify us that they don't do pickups in that area before leaving someone in a wheelchair stranded. I have no idea what would have happened had this company not called back and stepped in, I just know that my friend and I, are forever grateful for this amazing company! read more

God's People Serving Setting the Gold Standard!!! Prior to Hurricane Matthews of 2016, My family and I were attempting to make it to Savannah, GA from Philadelphia, PA. This was a 10 hour trip and was originally supposed to occur in one of their Luxury Mercedes Vans as it accommodate not only my four children and our great dane but also collapsable furniture, clothing and household items I was moving down to Georgia with me. As we were planning to depart the vehicle we anticipated on taking became unavailable which prompted Dwaine to take action and ensure my family made it to Savannah. He knew my back story and was very compassionate in regards to my move, he paid special attention to my families needs, which ensured to me that they were definitely God's People Serving. They say when you are striving for greatness and willing to risk it all that's when the devil appears and strips you of multiple joys in your life, to say this is true is an understatement. Dwaine went above and beyond and reserved a 7 Passenger SUV that would accommodate the family but he also secured a Tow trailer to bring my belongings as well. Once we got the vehicle and tow trailer, the driver who was assigned to our ride was courteous, respectful and patient. He even selected music based on our taste for the ride. We ended up traveling after the storm but was unaware of troubles that proceeded us. We ended up taking several detours resulting in many hours lost as most of the roadways were closed even the major interstates were closed along the route. We manage to find a route but when we got back on the highway we were met with a deer running across the highway coming from the right. The driver reacted calmly and we watched the deer get hit by a semi-truck that was just barely in front of us on the right. An ordeal we will never forget. My father-in-law passed away on a Thursday and I needed wheelchair transportation for my mother- in-law who is in a care facility and completely wheelchair bound. Finding her transportation to her husband's funeral which was only 3 days after he passed proved to be very difficult. We thought about renting a wheelchair accessible van and that reservation fell even though we received confirmation that we were all set. So on the day before the funeral I scrambled to find wheelchair transportation for her which was tough, but when I found GPS Transportation my call was answered by Diana who was very kind and compassionate on the phone. She had me fill out all the details I needed on their online form and she called me back right away with a quote. After we finalized the itinerary I easily paid online and we were set. I have never used a transport service before, so I was a little apprehensive about the whole experience, but it could not have gone better! I had gotten through the first hurdle of finding GPS Transportation, and the next hurdle was the next day. Doomah was our driver, and she arrived EARLY to pick up my mother in law and she was an absolute angel. She was kind and caring and compassionate and sweet and gentle, and exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. The kindness she showed my mother-in-law was actually unbelievable. She was absolute perfection. GPS Transportation really came through for us in every way. Donald and Ryan arrived about 10 minutes early to pick us up in a one full sized car and one large SUV. There were 8 of us traveling plus our luggage so between the 2 vehicles we were comfortable. Just as Donald and Ryan pulled up, Jet blue Airlines made a mess of our travel plans by cancelling our fight 2 hours before. After a 27 minutes waiting on the phone with customer service and as we were transferred to the supervisor, they hung up on us. After patiently waiting, Donald and Ryan drove to Philadelphia International Airport to Jet blue and waited until we figured out our options. Jet blue Airlines only option was for us to catch the last flight that night out of LaGuardia Airport...Yes the Airport in New York!! Better still, Jet Blue did not have transportation available to get us there and the flight was leaving in about 4 hours!! I called Dwaine and told him our situation of now needing transportation from Philadelphia International Airport to LaGuardia Airport immediately, if we had any chance of catching the fight. He called Donald and Ryan who agreed to get us there to make the flight. These gentlemen drove through heavy traffic, pouring rain, disable vehicles on the road, outrageous toll prices, blocked bridges and Manhattan traffic and actually got us there safely and in time. Thanks to GPS team, Dwaine and our drivers Donald and Ryan for turning a last minute nightmare in to action plan! We hired GPS to drive us from Philadelphia to the Atlantic City Marina to board the Metamorphosis Boat Charter. My family planned to have a memorial service with the Scattering of Ashes at Sea for two of our deceased loved ones on June 12, 2016. Our family had never done anything like this before, so it was quite an adventure. We didn't know what to expect from GPS or from the Metamorphosis Charter Boat. I found them both on their website. Our driver, Dwaine Lewis, was a pleasure from beginning to end. We arranged round trip accommodations. He went the extra mile to make sure we were all comfortable, even providing water and snacks. His son accompanied us on the trip. His son was an absolute delight, probably one of the best behaved and most intelligent youngsters I've seen in my life. Our boat take off, not related to GPS, was delayed 2 hours because due to unusually strong winds. Our driver was able to accommodate the unexpected change in schedule. During our wait and after our boarding our driver stayed in touch offering whatever services we needed. I can truly say that he made one of the most difficult times in our life a memorable and pleasant experience. I look forward to hiring him the next time I have to make a big outing. read more

I was introduced to GPS transportation when I was looking to get back to NYC from DE last minute and quickly and the train was not an option. I expected a real rip-off but the cost was reasonable and completely transparent. Dwayne and the team made me feel extremely comfortable and well-looked after from the first phone call through the entire trip! Not only did he offer to stop so I could pick-up food when he learned I had not had the chance to eat, he offered wifi, a tablet to access the internet, and had a drop-down movie screen with movies to watch. He apologized for not having snacks and drinks (apparently they usually have for customers). Aside from customer service that went above and beyond, there is a quality to GPS Transportation that is a rarity theses days - actual caring. Great people, excellent service!! Dawaine, our driver is the kindest, respectful and most chill type of dude I have ever came across. He was on time picking us up for our family Christmas outing to Lancaster. He allowed us to pray for safe travels before driving on the road. He even was considerate and helpful with curbside pickup when it came to our seniors that was on the trip. The bus was big and with comfortable seating too. We all had so much fun, most of us fell asleep on the way back. My young sons were stranded at the Philadelphia airport Friday when all flights were cancelled due to thunderstorms. The airline could not rebook them until Sunday. The supervisor could do nothing to help. Three amazing airline employees took it upon themselves to help the boys. They contacted Dwaine and arranged for him to drive them 300 miles home to Massachusetts. Dwaine checked in regularly with me during the trip and gave me the Glympse app so that I could follow their progress.
