Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. The ride was smooth and comfortable because of both the quality of the vehicle and the driver, Samir. The best part of this trip to Penn Medicine was Samir. Both my wife and myself cannot extend enough praise to do this man justice. He was prompt, professionally dressed, and personable. Most importantly, he was extremely attentive to our mobility issues. Since he was so late he drove up the shoulder, down the middle of opposing lanes, the wrong way down one ways. It was horrible and very dangerous. I was still very late. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.
