I had actually used Ace Limo in the past with great results, which is exactly why I felt completely confident stepping in as the Best Man and main transportation point of contact for my best friend's wedding. I personally spent weeks coordinating with Samantha at Ace, as well as the couple's wedding planners, to ensure a flawless itinerary. Sadly, what we experienced on the wedding day was a total operational collapse. Without a single phone call, text, or email to me or the planning team, Ace decided to swap our reserved party bus for a generic Greyhound-style coach. They later claimed the original vehicle had an air conditioning issue. Having worked in events, I understand that mechanical failures happen, but the complete failure to communicate a major vehicle change to the designated point of contact is unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, they secretly outsourced the job. The driver who showed up didn't even work for Ace; he was a third-party contractor (we still do not know who or what company it was outsourced to) who clearly hadn't seen a single page of the itinerary Samantha and I had spent hours perfecting. That lack of preparation quickly turned into a disaster on the way to the ceremony. I realized we were heading in completely the wrong direction and literally had to leave my seat on a moving bus, walk up to the front, and physically tap the driver on the shoulder to get his attention because he was driving with his AirPods in. Despite my immediate corrections, his navigation blunders meant we were dropped off at the wrong location. Because of this, the bride was forced to walk the rest of the way to the church, exposing her to arriving guests and completely ruining the private, unseen arrival she had been looking forward to her entire life. You would expect a driver to snap to attention after a massive mistake like that, but the exact same thing happened on the way to the reception. Instead of heading to the venue, he obliviously started driving us back toward the hotel. For the second time that day, I had to play navigator, intervening and redirecting him to get us back on track while he continued to wear his AirPods. It is absolutely absurd that the Best Man had to babysit a hired driver all day just to get the wedding party from point A to point B. A transportation company's job is to alleviate stress on a wedding day, not be the primary cause of it. Ace Limo took our money, completely ignored the careful planning we did with their own staff, outsourced the job to an unprepared contractor, and failed at basic communication. Despite my previous positive history with this company, this experience was entirely unacceptable, and I will never recommend Ace Limo again.

The venue was about 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia, of which we arrived in comfort and style! The shuttlebus was more like a luxury coach bus, with a max capacity of around 38. Extremely clean comfortable and a smooth ride! Pick ups for both going to the venue and going back to the hotel from the venue were on time and efficient. Geoffrey's communication was appreciated, along with his thoughtfulness and small attention to details, like keeping headcount and helping older guests off the bus, along with being open to waiting a few minutes while still being cognizant of the time schedule. Shame of King Limo ! Went to the Trusit Golf Tournament yesterday with my wife. Being disabled and…read morehaving to use a Rollator we checked with the PGA about parking and handicap transportation. We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.

Uber plays a large part in my personal life (ooooh, we love Happy Hour!), but there is no way I am trusting an Uber driver to get me to the airport on time. We needed bridal party transportation as well as guest transportation to/from the hotels and venue, and they were able to provide one-way transport instead of the "2-hour window" a lot of places require. (Note, I did the 2-hour window for one of the vehicles, and they were cool with me adding an additional stop for the end of night party). I ended up with 3 runs on the limo, a small shuttle (2 hours beginning/ end of the night), and a large shuttle (2 runs). My guests were transported nearly seamlessly (apparently one of the drivers missed the venue entrance, but to be fair I missed it my 2nd time seeing the venue). They made sure no guests were left behind! Also, major bonus, one of our guests got sick on the way TO our wedding, and they didn't charge me anything extra for the cleanup. The only issue I had was that the person I'd been communicating with was no longer at the company, and he'd give me some info about when certain amounts would be due that was incorrect, so we suddenly were requested to pay a larger deposit. It was annoying, but they worked with me to more or less honor what I was originally told. The quality of the vehicles was great as well - I was mainly in the limo, which came with multiple light settings, ability to plug in music, and an iced bar/cupholder area so we could have champagne on the ride! The shuttle I hopped in to the afterparty was extremely comfortable, I assume the other one was too!

We worked with the staff and other travelers to get him medical help and an ambulance was called to take him to the hospital. Unfortunately due to the time of day the limo service had no one available, so they told us to order an Uber and they would compensate us. So we ordered a $270 uber to get us home. We were very delayed getting home, but we're just extremely happy the driver didn't have his medical episode while driving us home. It was very nerve wracking. The worst part is that the limo company has refused to issue any refunds for the initial payment we made for services that were never completed or for the uber that we had to pay for due to the situation. We took care of their driver and they decided to treat us this way. We will NEVER use this company again.
