I used Trophy for a roughly 120-mile trip to the Delaware beaches. Hatim was fantastic for the entire trip, super professional and accommodating. He arrived 15 minutes early and was happy to wait (although I was ready, expecting he'd likely be very prompt). I chose a sedan service and the Lincoln MKT Town Car was clean and well cared for, with plenty of leg room for me in the right rear seat. Bottled water was available. I choose to use a limo service in Philadelphia as I had used one once before and had a good experience. I found Trophy after some research of pricing and reviews and felt this was the best provider for my mother and I for travels from Philly airport, as we were there due to very sensitive circumstances, a death in family, I wanted a very comfortable, professional and safe experience. Our experience was incredible because of our driver Kanga. He was so kind and polite. Both my mother and I liked him very much. We engaged in pleasant conversation during our ride and he was an excellent driver and made us feel safe. It was one of those experiences in which it felt like family picking you up. We liked him so much we requested him again for our return trip for each of us, as we travelled back separately. In addition, the people I spoke with at the call center, plus the email communications were superior and professional. We had an absolutely flawless experience with Arthur and Trophy Limo. I booked a transport van to take myself and 12 of my friends from a wedding ceremony venue to a wedding reception venue, with a stop at a brewery in between. The driver (Arthur) was 10 minutes early and the van was spotless. We enjoyed our route, Arthur offered to dispose of our trash for us, and we arrived at the reception exactly when we wanted to. I have absolutely no complaints about my service. The only extra thing I will mention is that there was no cord to play music. This wasn't an issue for us as we had brought a small, portable speaker, but it is something to be aware of. read more

Great experience. Driver arrived 15 mins early at 6am to get our group of 12 to NYC for a day trip. While in NYC we needed him close by to take us to several different locations. Each time we called and asked for a pick up he was there within 5 mins. We were on a time crunch all day, he got us to each location in plenty of time and easily navigated his way around the busy mid-town area. We rented the Executive Van, it was clean and comfortable. Our recent experience with Trophy Limo is A+ We had three bus rentals for our sons wedding in July. It was prior to the DNC and most rentals were booked well in advance. Trophy came through in a big way! The service was excellent and the drivers were very nice and courteous. The team we dealt with over the phone were very helpful with email follow up etc. One bus was hired until the end of the night for guests to get back to center city hotels. ALERT: WEDDING TAX! I wanted to book a transfer for my wedding day. I wanted to get myself and my 12 bridesmaids from my house to the venue. When I did the online quote I noticed that if you chose the wedding option the cost was $715 but if you chose the transfer option (with ALL the same parameters) the cost was $315. I figured there must be a mistake or maybe something special was added for the wedding package. So I called and Carlos answered. I explained and he said the wedding package costs more because you get to have the limo for 3 hours and a transfer was just a drop off. I was like oh great, I just need the drop off. He then said, oh sorry you can't have just the drop off because it is a wedding we have to charge you the wedding rate. I was confused by this answer and asked why this would be the case. He said, it was because for a wedding they don't book trips before or after to make sure you get there on time because "no one could predict traffic." Again, I was confused by this and said well don't you also guarantee a timely arrival for all of your services? I would imagine that if you are in the business of getting people where they need to go that would be important. He said well no of course we are always on time. At which point I was just more confused. Bottom line, they will up-charge you (more than double) because someone is wearing a white dress. read more

Was interested in booking a simple transfer for some members of my wedding party and was quoted a wedding package rate at TWICE what their transfer rate was, just for saying the word "wedding." I explained numerous times that I wanted a simple transfer and nothing else, and was told that because this was related to a wedding in any way, I would be forced to purchase an exorbitantly priced wedding package (700+ dollars for a 20 minute one way trip!) So I scheduled a limousine bus ( party bus ) from Philadelphia to New York through Trophy limousine. To start off I asked to go in and see the 1 limousine bus that they had available for the date I was looking to book. The women I first spoke with originally told me 1492.00 for 8 hours, however once I was actually ready to pay in full the next day the price jumped to 1800 plus tax and tolls ! They kept asking me, when and who told me that price and eventually stuck with the first price of 1492.00. The day the bus arrived, it was a completely different bus ! It's a bus with row seats all the way through ! Which would be cheaper than what we booked originally ! I told the driver this isn't the bus and called Trophy. My group was supposed to leave at 5pm for a 7:30 pm session already paid for in NY, but Ended up leaving close to 6pm. Trophy basically said sorry but can you bored the bus that's there and they'll work something out. Trophy then told me after our NY session they'll have a limousine bus to pick us up & then called me once again sayin they didn't realize they didn't have any drivers available ! My group got back 2 & 1/2 hrs late. And they tried charging me 225 every additional hr for total of 675 plus tolls. I asked well since I was sent the wrong bus and forced to ride both ways of a cheaper bus how would I be reimbursed ? They told me I owe them for coming back late. I then told them well technically we left almost a hr late because of the inconvenience of the wrong bus. They waived a hr $ 225 and tolls $85 and said I still owed them. Then once let it be known I was taking my experience to yelp they waived the remaining time and offered me 15% off a future ride. Worst experience ever ! I would not recommend ! Matters could have been handled differently but they chose to cheat me, a very dissatisfied customer ! DO NOT BOOK TROPHY LIMOUSINE they'll take your money being over booked and send you whatever they want you to ride in, and won't reimburse you anything ! read more

Nice drivers, but if you need a infant or child car seat, you are in trouble. The seats are either old or in my situation, the wrong style for the job. The last and final time, the driver brought the wrong car seat because he replied on the dispatcher to tell him the truth. The drivers need a "crash course" in child occupant safety. I needed to find a company that I could trust to be where they said they would be, when they said they would be there. I work for a large law firm and my clients (the attorneys) expect top-notch appearance and service. This is exactly what I got with Trophy -- which I found on YELP. They were very professional, timely (actually arrived early), the driver texted me to let me know he had arrived, the bus was wonderful -- we felt like rock stars. The driver, Domiano, was excellent -- smooth ride even though there was traffic (didnt slam the brakes then speed up despite rush hour traffic). And, he was super patient and accommodating. Great fleet, great personnel -- from the booking to the driver -- and good prices (lower than one other company I had called) and outstanding communication.
