I called L & C, and the man who answered said that he'll take care of me first thing in the morning. I got a tow to them. And, first thing in the morning, they took care of me. I was allowed into the shop to watch the tech hoist my car and make a diagnosis. My cats roaming around the car didn't like it, but I sure as sugar cookies did (because I'm more curious). I needed a whole new drive shaft, and the tech hunted for one while I waited in the lobby. I agreed to letting them order a used part, and I agreed to let them repair one other issue they identified. They let me leave my car with them for the week, because I still had a deadline to get to my business destination. I picked it up five days later with no issue. It's been over a year since the repair. My car has run just fine ever since. Verdict: These guys care about taking care of people. Thank you.
