The end of the week rolled around and I hadn't heard anything so I called him the following Monday (week 5) and let him know that I am very disappointed in the quality of his service and that at this point I will not be recommending him to anyone and I expect that because it's been 5 weeks of him "playing with" my car I expect the bill to be small or nonexistent and I requested that he please contact me as soon as my car is fixed. I heard nothing the rest of that week so I called the following Monday (week 6) and I asked for an update. He told me that he still hasn't gotten to it and he won't get to it for quite some time so he said he would leave my keys in my car and I can pick it up and take it else where.

The lady told me Bob's did all of her services and told me how to get there. The mechanics showed up before they opened, and I told them that I was six hours from home and needed to get back. I told them what was happening, and they immediately had some ideas of what could be wrong. They gave me an estimated time they would be able to look at it since they had an existing appointment. I waited in my car, and they got me in before the estimated time. They diagnosed the check engine light and gave me an estimate of cost and time to repair. It was very reasonable for both time and price. The mechanics were able to get me back on the road, heading home faster than I expected.

Because he got pissed at me, he proceeds to charge me $70 just to come a couple blocks to air up my tire. Initially it was NO CHARGE. Then couldnt get me straight as a customer. Thought he had towed me in the day before. Finally remembering who I was, continued to talk to me like I was retarded. I couldnt get a word in edge wise, called me a liar saying I misinformed him on my car, etc. He doesnt listen. I will never go bsck to his company again. I do NOT recommend anyone else going to this company. Hes rude!!! Hes unprofessional!!! He rips you off!!!@
