We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. Since my schedule is not consistent, having a cleaning company that is amenable to this schedule is such a relief! I've never used a cleaning service before taking the advice of other friends and hiring FRC. They really do a great job, and communicate with me via text if there are any problems or concerns while they are cleaning. I trust them in my space completely. I pay them via PayPal, which makes it so simple, and they give me invoices so I can have records. Prices are super reasonable and they will come take a look and give you a free estimate. I was told that I didn't need to worry because the cleaners know what to do. On June 4 I received a text letting me know the estimated time the cleaners were expected to be there. On June 5 I went to my apartment to unlock the door before I went to work. All day I was expecting a text to let me know that the cleaners had arrived or at least finished. When I didn't receive a text by 2:00 pm I ran to my apartment just to see if the cleaners had been there. I opened the door and the smell of bleach let me know they had cleaned so I looked the door and ran back to work. Around 3:00pm I sent a text about how much I would be charged. I was told that the cleaners were there just shy of 2 hours and I would be charged $236. It wasn't until the next morning when I went back to my apartment to see what the cleaners had done did I realize how bad the job was. The list of what they didn't clean is longer than the list of things they did clean. I had to go back to my apartment after work to clean what they missed. 1) the oven was only partially clean 2) they didn't clean the warming drawer of the oven 3) they didn't clean the toilet 4) the bathtub was just wiped down 5) they didn't clean the hair in the drain 6) the cleaner they used damaged the drains in the tub and bathroom sink. 7) the vacuuming they did was horrible because there was cat hair and debris left behind. I was asked to write a review and I did. I was contacted a short time later. They were sorry I had a bad experience. I was then told that if I had contacted them last night or this morning they could have sent a crew out to fix it. I was also told that they would talk to the staff about my experience. So their solution to a poor cleaning job they did is to blame the client. I am never using them again!
