Downstairs is what I consider to be and Southwest Indian Traders. The mildly culturally insensitive name is perfect for a mildly culturally insensitive store. If you get past the life-sized cigar store wooden Indian (that will remind you of that Seinfeld episode), the Native American-themed slot machine, the culturally appropriated statues, nicknacks, and jewelry, you'll find some cool collectibles: license plates, even MORE Coke stuff, historic skiing collectibles, Western gear, books, and souvenirs, as well as carved bears and turquoise jewelry for miles. I wasn't sure what size I was, so I bought a size small and a size medium. Planning on returning, whichever one didn't fit. Normally, I would not spend $600 on a dress, but I was excited about my big European trip and thought the dress would be perfect. The size medium was perfect, the size small I could barely try on. So, I am immediately packed up the size small and returned it. To my shock, I received that same dress, neatly and beautifully packaged in a box with a beautiful letter on professional stationary from Gorsuch. The letter stated that my return did not fall into their return policy guidelines. So, they gave me the dress back. Now, I found myself spending $1200 for one dress that fit. To say, I was not happy as an understatement. I had no idea how They were considering my return not within the guidelines, as I only tried the dress on and put it right back in the box to ship back. When I called Gage, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my address was not accepted for return, other than they said they thought it had a bit of a smell. What an insult! Also, what a lie! I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ever purchased. Eventually, I contacted an attorney and sent an email to letting them know. Though we did not purchase anything, we did enjoy browsing the racks of clothing, as well as the table of jewelry and various other accessories. I was visiting Park City with a friend and we struck up a conversation with Kristen, who we believed was the shop's owner. She also was accompanied by her pup, Piper. Upon my friend mentioning that she had some old clothes from the '80s taking up space in her closet, Kristen offered to swap numbers to with her and assess if they would be a good fit for the shop. Such a cute little shop!
