A cool clothing store that lives up to its name with the styles they offer. I walked in to look at their posters, and was greeted by one of their associates, Isobella. She spoke about the story of the brand conversationally, with passion & conviction, without pressuring me to make any purchases, and was well informed about their online stores, current promotions, which promoted me to check out their collection. They have a range of styles & sizes for outdoor clothing starting from a size 0, which makes getting clothes that fit well, much easier. It made me want to try & eventually buy some. I struggled to get the correct size. I have been a size 10 for over 50 years and had to return your 10 for a 12, then for a 14, which is a size I've never worn. I persisted because they seemed to be a quality brand. I took them on a trip to Vietnam and was immediately unhappy with them. They became stretched out and baggy. Very uncomfortable in the warm weather and they looked incredibly frumpy. After washing, they were full of wrinkles and would need to be ironed to look decent. I don't expect to have to iron a pair of pants for hiking wear. I was counting on a wash and wear situation while trekking in Northern Vietnam. This is something I could not have discovered until I actually wore them. I had a similar issue with a pair of shorts from LL Bean and they cheerfully took them back and refunded me! This gives me confidence to buy a product from them and know that if I am not satisfied, my money isn't wasted. Go with a more trusted brand! They will not refund your purchase if you are unhappy! Awesome store and brand. I got to know about Kühl through Title Nice catalog and stores, Title Nine curates their catalogs so well and they always bring the best of each brand, so I fell in love a long ago with the A shaped corduroy mini-skirts, sporty and sassy looking. Love all the stuff of this brand, so when I heard that was a Utah based company, and found this store in Park City, I make sure I pay a visit every time I got and get something from there. This Christmas my significant other got me a super sexy, sporty, warm and high quality fabric jacket. There is nothing I don't like from this store and brand. Always good service and prices are not cheap but the stuff for sure will last forever. read more

Kuhl's Revolvr pants are both light weight and comfortable. DO NOT BUY THEM! They are made with a "Vintage Patina Dye" which may transfer to materials it comes into contact with. I made the mistake (2x I'm embarrassed to say) of wearing them while riding a motorcycle. The dye in the pants transferred to the leather seat, permanently. I have tried multiple cleaning/polishing products to remove with zero effect. My advice is to check any Kuhl products to be sure this dye is not present. Unless you're sitting on a rock. read more

Nicht Kuhl, Not Cool, Customer Service is a serious detractor for this company. I have enjoyed their clothing, but recently I had an issue with the delivery of a pair of Pants, Revolver, Series. The order never arrived. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address. When asked for a replacement or a refund, Customer Service said they would not do either until FEDEX completed an investigation into the failed delivery. That would take 7 days, after already waiting 7 days for the order to arrive. So, I am out 2 weeks now and the replacement order would take at least another 7 days, if it arrived. That is not cool and it is not good customer service, especially for such an expensive pair of pants. My recommendation is do not order from the Nicht Kuhl company, but go to other retailers carring the brand. I ordered the same pair of pants from Backcountry and got them for $20 less and in 3 days. Fell in love with Kühl on a recent trip to Park City. It's a local Utah-based brand of cold-weather, outdoors and athletic gear that's more affordable and more unique than the usual brands we can get back home in NYC. The staff was great, finding buried sizes in drawers (ask if you don't see a color or size out!) and ordering a fleece to be shipped home. We've barely taken our new fleece jackets off since we got them! read more

Extremely disappointed! We were on vacation in Park City when we ran into this store. We bought a women's down vest and one flannel for my husband. The vest was shipped to our house in CA. I was so excited to wear the vest, took tags off and within 2 hours people were asking me what was wrong with my vest. Turns out there was a tear in the middle of my vest and down feathers were spilling out everywhere! Then a day later my husband went to wear his new flannel shirt and the material started pealing, more like shredding from him wearing his computer bag on his shoulder. These items were defective! I spent $350 on two items and they refused to return. At these prices, it's not Forever 21! It took them a week to get back to me and their response was so rude. Lesson learned, by from brands that you can trust and who stand behind their product! read more

I had received a Raid Belt as a Gift over a year ago along with some mens clothing. Prior to dealing with their customer support incompetents i thought that they were a really Kuhl company. Now this particular belt is a a real piece of crap and no longer in their lineup for a reason, there are numerous negative reviews fir this item on REI website who no longer carry it as well, But they refuse to allow me to return it after endless emails, they now want to talk on the phone. I will echo another review here stating that their customer service people are totally incompetent and uncaring. I have purchased and returned items to North Face and Marmot with no problems in the past. Kuhl wants you to receive an authorization prior to any return and will charge you $( for the privledge. If I could return all of my KUHL clothing items at this point for a refund, i would gladly do so, all because of piss poor customer service. They fancy themselves a small family run local company, so I am sure their staffing reflects this most likely filled with Cronisism and Nepotisim Incompetents! read more

First time that I heard about their line of clothing. Walked in the store just to browse. The employees there were so warm and welcoming. Showed and explained their different line of pants. Eventually, Joleen Willardsen, the store Operations Director brought me many different pairs of pants to try on. When the size did not fit, she went on line and found the right size for me. I wound up buying three pairs of pants. She was enthusiastic, warm, helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my shopping experience at the Park City, Utah store. read more

Love this clothing line. I have found the clothes to be very well made, durable and after numerous washings has held up.

I ripped 2 pair of these pants in normal day to day activity. They didn't wear out. They were not abused. They simply ripped in surprising ways. I sent more than a dozen emails to Kuhl customer service and was met with rude responses and lack of understanding. Feel free to look at the attached picture and decide for yourself if these were worn or ripped due to poor design and cheap material. This will be my last purchase from KUHL read more

Great new store on Main Street with cool Kuhl products! Excellent service, we had a great experience but spent way too much money.

I'm a big fan of Kuhl's product as they are unique as in style and fit. Quality as you can expect from Kuhl, shirts and jackets are designed well and the selection of fabrics used to create them are excellent! The pants are great, but I have to try each one of them, as it seems the waist differs from each style, even though I normally wear 34x32. So it's hard to purchase pants online unless I try them on first. Nevertheless, I will continue to buy Kuhl's product for my daily wear! read more
