Very cute boutique in the heart of Park City that deserves at least half an hour of any fashionista time. My boyfriend got bored of my insistence in checking stores, so he waited for me outside...I promised only 10 minutes and looks like I spent half an hour browsing every single delicate piece of clothing and jewelry. I did not buy anything at this time, but there is not problem, no one is pressuring to buy or constantly asking, which in a small boutique is somehow refreshing, as it allows you to freely check everything. read more

Cute boutique in park city. Unfortunately the staff the day I was in very unfriendly. They have a mix of high end to reasonably priced goods. Some touristy park city swag as well and some home goods. They used to feature custom jewelry from local artist now it's all Ink +alloy. I guess it's worth a stop in if you're just browsing maybe you'll find something you like. read more

Highly recommended this store. My wife and I came in for the first time today and could not be more pleased. Primarily a women's store, my wife loved their unique selection of jewlery and trendy sweaters. Not only this but their customer service was refreshing as well. Right off the bat we were greeted by a sweet young lady who was very accommodating. I wish I could give credit where credit is deserved. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but the young lady had blonde hair and was wearing a purple sweater. She was insightful and patient with my very picky wife. Cute stuff in this store but the service is lacking.... BIG TIME! I found a cute blazer I wanted to try on and asked a older woman how much it was because there was no price tag. She says and I quote.... "I don't know, it's new and I have no way of looking it up".... Then she takes the stack of blazers and walks away toward the back room. Ok.... Go upstairs to look around and as I'm coming back down, she is putting the blazers out again... "oh you found the price?" Looks at me and says "nope" picks them back up and takes them to the back. Clothes are cute. Accessories are better found some super cute earrings, rings and necklaces here. The price point was reasonable too. I wanted some small layering pieces to add to my crystal necklace I got in Sedona. Found these dainty initial necklaces for $18. You can find some cute gifts for a friend in here too! I was visiting from Newport Beach and popped into this cute boutique. I found a blouse on the sale rack and purchased it. My mistake was not trying it on. It was my size and looked like it would fit. When I got home and put it on, I was shocked to find out that it was sewn together very badly!One sleeve was 4 inches longer that the other. And the neck line was way off. You can find numerous wonderful items there from snow coats, gloves, clothing, shoes, bags, jewlwery, jeans, pendants, baby/children items and home decorating. Prices run from moderate to pricey. Very fun. If you like the big chain, Anthropologie, you'll need to make this store a must stop! There are two floors filled with clothing, accessories, jewelry, and other fun things (some are name brands to independent artists)! The second floor had a section for baby too. Really cute boutique-style store with an eclectic mix of items. Lots of dresses, jackets, jewelry, and accessories. Upstairs they have more clothing, some housewares, and kids stuff. My only complaint is that things are a little bit hard to find. They don't really have things organized in the best way (some of the same stuff from downstairs is upstairs...can't they just put them together so the sizes are all together?). And the shoe selection was a bit underwhelming, but I'd highly recommend it for people who are looking to browse or want jackets, dresses, or jewelry. read more

I always find something (usually a lot of things) at this lower-level boutique towards lower Main. The buyer really knows what she's doing. Sadly, some things in my size are long gone by mid-February but I can usually find a few tees, sweaters or a jacket. This time, it was earrings, a scarf, a long-sleeved tee and a jacket and they were all darling. Unique, often affordable pieces and if expensive, worth it in my opinion. I come here every year to shop and am never disappointed. Tip: park behind the post office and walk down. You'll get 4 hours during the day and enjoy a pleasant stroll down Main. read more

Absolutely adorable. I stumbled in here while I was walking around Main Street in the middle of Sundance madness and loved the atmosphere, helpful staff and general great collection of accessories/clothing/body-smelly-stuff. I almost bought a coat but it didn't fit quite right and the lovely shop-human offered to check if the brand that made it had a larger shop online. Not only did she find the coat I wanted in the right size, she also directed me towards a deal that I wouldn't have caught on my own (it was steeply discounted online in the exact size I wanted). I ended up buying a pair of earrings that didn't have a artists name on it and she took down my email so she could get in touch and let me know who made them. This is what an artists' co-op is all about! Jewelry, hats, bags, clothes, shoes, accessories... Olive & Tweed has it all and then some. It's what an artist dreams of, the perfect blend of people coming together to sell their wares under one roof. It's delicate and feminine, but sometimes with an edgy touch. I loved way too many things in the shop and hated that I couldn't pack more into my already stuffed bag, so I settled for a cute hair flower that I've worn religiously ever since I bought it. Very cute clothing and boots but the employees are horrible! I felt as though I was irritating both women by entering their store. One employee was sitting on a table in the middle of the store and never gave me a second look after her first rude one and forget about being greeted. This is more of a complaint about the online store. I ordered some really cute jewelry on the website last year that I was so excited to wear. The next day, I got an email from the manager saying that it would take a few weeks for my order to come in. I didn't have a problem with that, but after a few weeks I still didn't have my order. I sent her an email and she responded that I would have it in 2 weeks. I emailed her several times asking about my order, and every response was "You'll get it in 2 weeks." She did try and deliver it to me herself, which I appreciated, but she couldn't find my house and told me she would put it in the mail that day. Another 2 weeks and I still didn't have it. After 3 or so months of this, I had to cancel my order. She didn't even apologize for the poor customer service. I shouldn't have to nag someone to send me what I paid for. The experience was so horrible and frustrating. I love the products, but I value customer service even more. To guarantee that you actually get what you paid for, I'd just go into the store. It'd be a more enjoyable experience. read more

I called the store and was inquiring about a pair of boots I saw a couple of nights ago when shopping with my daughter I wanted to give them my credit card to hold them for my daughter. I am a sales rep and the person who answered the phone was rude and did not let me finish talking and then hung up. I have shopped there before, ( I am even on the mailing list), - but I will never shop there again - neither will my daughter and any of her friends. Reps are your best type of advertising. People ask us where to shop and we know where to send them because this is what we do for a living. There are plenty of stores in Park City like Elegante and Paisley Pomegranate that would never do this in a million years and would appreciate our money. read more
