The operation by Dr.Miller in Somerset went really well and he is a great doctor who does not waste…read moreyour time but is very direct and understanding. His service is 5 stars. He even gave me his personal number if i ever have any questions. Reason I give one star is that Dr. Coopers office stinks, putting it mildly. First several visits went well and he is friendly and helpful but after my last visit, things went downhill. The first option he presented was "operation". I was like, no way. He felt around my toe area and mentioned operation again, so again I said forget it. Had 2 already and I am still in pain 7 months later. Even therapist stated there was nothing else they could do for my toe and swelling which is why I went to Dr. Cooper for a solution. He did state he would suggest an insert/support for my shoe via the VA. After a few weeks I contacted the VA and was told insert was made and shipped Nov. 25 but that was 3 weeks earlier and I never received them. In his report he stated he "educated" me on shots and Osteoarthritis, which he did not. Also, how can he tell what type of arthritis I have unless there was an MRI or Cat scan? Contacted Upperline and they called Coopers office while i was put on hold and stated doctor's office did not pick up so they left them a message to contact me for an appointment. After weeks later, no appointment, so I went to doctors' office but was told they could not do anything since it had to go thru Upperline. A week later I called Upperline again and same scenario. No call back and so it's been a month now since inserts were shipped. Va contacts me today, 2 weeks later, and after I explained the situation, I was informed, Coopers office received the inserts. As of today, it has been over a month since inserts/supports were shipped! So, my question is why???? they don't contact me for appointment and issue me the inserts/supports? Is it because I refused another operation? I requested VA to pull authorization for Coopers services and I will now go to someone who cares about their patients. Meantime I'm still in pain and have swollen foot and ankles. Thanks for nothing Cooper.

1 year ago I decided that I was going to have laser hair removal of my underarms and bikini area…read more I had spent several years researching everything about laser hair removal including the pros and cons. The biggest con was the cost, but I thought if it works it will be worth it. I chose to go to Elysian and have had 6 treatments with amazing results. I have another appointment scheduled, but it is basically for touch up before I go on vacation. I have had treatments done by Julie and Rhonda and they are awesome! Very professional and skilled. If you plan to have laser hair removal done, I highly recommend this spa. Go in for a consultation and they can evaluate your condition and estimate # of treatments. One thing that I advise before you commit is to make sure you will have the funds to follow the appropriate treatment schedule. When I first started I would tell them I would call for my next appointment. After being 1-2 weeks late for treatments and noticing that I was not getting the desired results, I started to have Kayla (she is awesome too) to schedule my next appointment before I would leave the spa. This kept me on track and the results were GREAT! Listen to all of their advise and you will see results. This is the first vacation that I am taking since completing the treatments and I will not be worried if I forget my razor. WoooooHooooooo!

Absolutely horrible place. I arrived half an hour early and waited an hour after my scheduled…read moreappointment to be seen. Teresa Messer glanced at my paperwork, told me I wasn't injured, left the room and started making fun of me. She returned to tell me I would be discharged. She did not listen to a word I said, left the room, and started laughing at me with the nurses outside. They speculated about my occupation, did not bother to ask me for any information besides who they could refer me back to, and laughed at the idea of a repetitive stress injury being sustained without even knowing what I do or how long I'd been working there. I had followed the directions given by my claims adjuster when i made that appointment, and was treated like an idiot. I sat in the room alone for another hour and a half trying not to cry. Absolutely awful place, no one there is there to help. Even the front desk and nurses dismissed my concerns. Do not waste your time.

Kim Brumley was a complete Joke! As I spoke to her about my symptoms of what I felt that was either…read morea UTI or Kidney infection she decided that not only would she not treat my urinary tract infection or Kidney infection with the proper medication but that she would decide to treat my illness with a medication that I informed her I had an allergic reaction too and could not take. At that time I would have expected her to change the prescription to something that would treat my symptoms but she did not. And on top of that she decided that and over the counter medication that my insurance doesn't pay to fill should be taken for the sinus infection that I clearly have. So I wouldn't recommend taking any one at all into the "Urgent Care" portion because nobody listens to anything that is said and I had to turn around and go to "First Care". Who in turn rewrote the correct medication for my condition and asked me to never let any doctor office or medical providers to tell me how to diagnose me again. Because when you are filling medication that you pay for our of pocket then that needless useless medication adds up price wise. And also what if I would have taken the said medication that was first written then it could have went me into anafalactic shock. That's bad business always!
