I know my fiance and I found this church through divine appointment! Here's our story of how we found this church: They had signs up that they were having a car wash for $1. We decided to stop by, thinking we were going to give a little more to try to bless the church. When we got to the parking lot, THEY gave US a dollar and let us know that they were just out there washing cars, giving dollars, and blessing the community - no questions asked! We thought they were crazy, so naturally, we decided to check out their Sunday service to see what they were about. I gotta admit I wasn't convinced at first. Too many churches now-a-days preach what they think people want to hear. However, after about a month of attending church services, we knew this was our home church! Pastor Doug quickly became our mentor, friend, and therapist! Haha. In fact, he will be marrying us in about 2 weeks! He is very knowledgeable about so many topics and always preaches directly from The Bible. Pastor Doug is funny and so relatable, making it easier to understand difficult Biblical concepts that I've struggled with in the past. The church also has Grace Groups, which allow you to build relationships with other members that you might not have a chance to build on Sunday mornings. I've also never once felt pressured or obligated to give money, join the church as an official member, or forced to feel like I need to be a perfect Christian to be apart of their family. At the same time, God is definitely using Pastor Doug and the church members/staff to convict me to be more obedient to God, in the most loving and non-judgemental way possible. I joke with friends that I was so relieved to find out that they were "normal". They aren't on their pedestal looking down on me for barely coming back to God in the last couple of years. They hurt, feel sad, happy, angry, etc just like me! I've never felt more close to God and am INSTANTLY seeing how God is moving in my life - I'm letting go of past guilt, letting go of those feelings of not being good enough and finding my identity in Christ, learning how to let go of control/overthinking and letting Him do His thing...It's amazing! This church is the most welcoming church I have ever been to. They preach right out of the Bible and always leave me with real life practical applications to use throughout the week. I also love the small groups that anyone can join and attend. Pastor Doug really has it all together well read more

Have been attending this church off and on since I was a child. Love the Pastor so much! It's truly his calling to be a pastor. He is so relatable and helps me to understand God's words so easily. I attended over a year here. Was very happy with the Pastor and his messages. Don't know why I was ignored as an individual, but I just did not fit here. Lot's of long time members who don't seem to want new folks to "join" them. I asked for help 3 different times, but got no response. I offered to volunteer many times, but again, no response. read more

Grace Fellowship has been my home church for the past 8 years. I was introduced to their mission statement, core values and statement of faith in writing when I first joined and that has not faltered. Most importantly, the pastor and the congregation welcomed me into their church family as I have never been welcomed before at any other church. They have done life with me, sometimes day by day. For me, this is the definition of what a true church family should be. They have ministries that reach out both locally and around the world. We have been attending this church since they moved to Duarte about six years ago. We said we would check it out for a few months but after just a few weeks both my wife and I knew we had a home church. The congregation is friendly and welcomes new people. The worship music is what many would call contemporary. The pastor does not spend time preaching against things, but about Christ's love and how that should impact our life and interaction with others. read more

This has been our home church for several years now. We are really home here . Amazing worship team and Pastor Doug is the best!

I visited this church twice and loved the worship! True worship leader! Then the message was great the senior pastor was an awesome bible teacher, the message was relevant and right on so I really like him. Then why the 2 stars rating?? You ask?? The people in the congregation are very disrespectful, they come and go in and out of the sanctuary during the entire service.They allow parents with small children to seat in and they are very disruptive, the kids cry, they throw tantrums,go in out, they talk, etc. The sanctuary is very small so you can't avoid all the nonsense. I'm sorry but this is church and ppl should have some respect to the Pastor and others around them. 1.- turn off your cell phone while in church. It's only an hour no one will die. 2.- check your children in the Sunday school. Out of respect to others and it's better for the kids too, to learn at their level. 3.- For pete's sake go to the bathroom before you come in and seat down and be quiet, so you can learn. This church will be perfect if ppl were respectful so sad!!! :-( read more

The name says it all. This church is truly centered around the grace of God. Our family has attended Grace Fellowship for over 20 years and we can honestly say we thank God for the grace of God exhibited and modeled over and over! The Pastor is a humble, grace-giving and Christ exalting man of God whose sermons are transparent and Bible centered!!! The worship is amazing and helps me to focus on Christ. They have a Women's Bible study which also is Bible-centered and a place where women can truly grow in Christ and have honest relationships with other women.
