She never said he was for protection, she said he acts that way because it's him being protective. He wasn't in a rage. He has a big bark and doesn't like strangers, so can be intimidating, but he was let out to go potty, not to bark at you. A dog barking is no reason to call for threats of shooting, period. And I stated my review was here to inform people of your unhinged threats, not to comment on your work. Your work AND how you show up as a person both reflect on your business, and I think it's important for people to know this happened before choosing to hire you, especially if they or their neighbors have animals who don't behave to your standards. They shattered our TV that they wrapped. Tooked them 2 1/2 hours to load out stuff from Brentwood. Moved slower than I could even imagine, after all they get paid by the house. They called us out multiple times to tell us that they broke stuff, including two buffets. They left without putting together one of our beds that we paid for them to do. We don't even have the hardware to do it ourselves after they moved it for us. We called the office to try to talk to a manager, it took three times to be able to connect with someone. They said they would call us back between 3 to 5 days, and then we could file a claim. The worker said that we were gonna get a big discount, but we didn't see that on the invoice. Have yet to hear from a manager. Absolutely terrible service that you do not want to have to deal with.
