From the beginning, I felt uneasy. When I searched the doctor's name before my first visit, Google results showed an unrelated criminal case with the same name, which made me hesitant. I still gave it a chance, but my first appointment quickly turned into a lecture about my weight instead of a full, respectful medical assessment. When I disclosed that I smoke, the response wasn't medical guidance--it was a religious comment along the lines of "God hates drugs," rather than explaining health risks, cessation options, or evidence-based support. After I was later diagnosed with a serious health condition (which contributes to weight gain), I returned hoping for actual continuity of care. Instead of reviewing my chart and discussing my diagnosis and treatment plan, he came in ready to focus on my weight again. Even after I explained my diagnosis and its impact, the interaction felt combative rather than collaborative. The final straw was paperwork support. I needed documentation completed. It was delayed for over a month, and when I was told to come in, I arrived early for a 9:30am appointment and still waited over an hour. I eventually decided to leave at around 10:50am. Only then did staff suddenly say the doctor could see me. I was also told I'd need to repeat vitals/another physical "to fill out the form," despite having completed the physical portion recently. This felt like unnecessary hoops and wasted time when I was already dealing with medical and employment stress. If you're on Medicaid and were automatically assigned here: please do your research and choose a PCP who listens and practices evidence-based care. I called this clinic, as I did with 5 other clinics listed in USCIS.gov , looking for an Immigration examination required by the Immigration Department. USCIS sets the standards for what needs to be included in this examination. It's a full physical with blood work and requires the physician to fill out about 5 pages of immigration forms. Additionally, if the patient is missing any vaccines or has any medical issues, the costs can be higher. This is surely an expensive examination, so I called around the authorized clinics to get the best pricing for the base work. All 5 clinics I called ranged from $375 to $400 for the basic exam. They all told me the price for the basic included the full physical, the blood work, and the paperwork, and they all reported that additional payment is needed for extra vaccines needed. However, Grace Health Clinic was the ONLY one from those clinics that charged double the price for the basic examination. They charge $400 for the doctor's time alone. Then, another $400 for the blood work. The receptionist gave me a total of $1,000, which all other clinics charge no more than $400, plus any vaccines needed. Even after I told her that this was outrageously expensive compared to all other clinics, she had nothing to add. This makes me think that Grace Health Clinic is taking advantage of the immigrant population and scamming them with their pricing. Immigrants already have to pay thousands of dollars in the Immigration process, and the medical examination, being another step towards that process, is a necessity and understandably expensive, but should not be abused by the physician just because they can. My heart goes out to all the immigrant families that go to this location because it might be the closest to their area of because they only speak Spanish or French, and they get scammed with the exorbitant price for this test. None of these clinics take any health insurance, so immigrant candidates must pay in full- cash for this exam. read more

I came to this clinic to establish care. The doctor I saw was horrible! I am transgender and the minute the doctor came into the exam room he started talking about how he would not respect my pro nouns and the he started talking about religion and how "God" doesn't approve of LGBTQ. He then asked me if I believed in God. I politely asked him to keep religion out of it. Then he asked what religion my parents are an it they accepted me. I again asked him politely to stop bringing religion into this and keep my parents out of it. He still continued and I had finally had enough after almost 2 hours of this going on and I told him I was going to leave and not be back. Unprofessional didn't call back with my test results. I have to keep calling. I need help to complain

-Crayon marks on the wall, -floor falling apart and torn -blood droplets viewable on floor too -side table wobbly AND dusty they use to put your arm on to take blood -No one washed their hands, 3 nurses and 2 doctors. - they reuse the tape measure to measure head circumference and length of child: and don't sanitize it, so gross and viable dirty! How cheap are they that they cant afford the disposable paper ones? -they don't sanitize the forehead temperature either or Bp cuff. -Person who took my blood opened door handle with gloves on and I had to tell her to change them since didn't want door handle germs on me. -They lied when I asked why they needed my urine AND they do a cheek swap in mouth so 'we know it's your urine' They drug test you for no reason and claim they're checking your proteins. -When I told them my preferred pharmacy the doctor said, "I don't know if I can do that." Dr. Franck Belibi is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. He can't even be present for my appointment (he cant take his eyes off his phone for a second to listen to me), or let alone give a crap about how he treats or talks to me. He basically told me that it would have been better for me to suffer than go to the ER (which saved my life). If your looking for a PCP keep looking. He will order test on you that you did not previously discuss and ultimately I think he is trying to charge Insurance the most he can with providing little to no service for his patients and almost no clarity. HE CALLED ME A MANIPULATOR I read in one review about the doctor and practice as having Christian values. That's a front. There's nothing farther from the truth. He is the type of doctor that gives the medical profession and especially Christianity a bad name. You can read my other reviews to see I give credit where it's due. I have no reason to lie. A doctor has to have humanity, love and compassion to pass as being human and he possesses none of those traits. This place treats you like CRAP and labels you automatically as a manipulative addict if you are UNFORTUNATE enough that you have to resort to controlled pain meds. I personally have lived with back pain for 18 months to try avoid pain pills. It got to be too much. So I started opioids for back pain temporarily while my spine injections are set to begin and a weight loss regimen begins. Franck Belibi wrote me a weeks worth of medicine and said he'd see me the next week. I came in 5 days later because I was going on a trip for July 4th AND I was talked down to and chastised for making my appointment 2 days to too early. I told him I'd be leaving town and he didn't care and caused me to postpone my trip to the mountains by a day for 4th of July. He then wrote me a month supply of pills at that visit after making me come back after 2 days. Over the 4th of July weekend, my child was snorkeling and almost drown. I wasn't swimming and had the pills on me. I jumped in the water, got my son out and saw the medicene bottle floating in the water with the pills partially destroyed and soaked. I called his office and they told me to come in. For integrity and character, I brought in the almost full bottle to turn in so he'd see I wasn't lying because I know how restricted opioids are. He said he wouldn't do anything, that it was my fault and under no circumstance. He said I was lucky there were some left, he didn't care about the bottle to verify the count. I had enough. I called a couple clinics and told them what happened and I wanted to transfer. To my surprise both new clinics asked how my son was doing. They asked if the Dr even cared about my son or situation and I realized he didn't. One of the other pain clinics asked for a referral. I had to make an appointment for this. Belibi said I didn't need an appointment for them to transfer information. I called back the new clinic and they said your doctor must write a referral. Dr. Belibi then continued to tell me how wrong because I didn't use the word "referral", I told him I'm not a doctor and to excuse me for using incorrect terminology. Again this is in front of all patients and staff. He then told me that I'm a manipulator and know what to say to get pain pills. "You're calling me a liar" I asked? He said, it's strange I know what to say and I was manipulating him and the system. Yes he called me a manipulator. He didn't suggest it or say I had the behavior of a manipulator. He called me a MANIPULATOR. Though I brought in the prescription itself to turn in and scheduled an appt 2 days too he called me a manipulator. After I thanked him for not even asking about my son, and he called me a MANIPULATOR and that I was abusing the system I called him an a$$hole that needs to learn about patient care. He then THREW MY FILE AT ME AND SAID HE WOULD NOT WRITE A REFERRAL. He can freely insult and accuse others but he can't take the truth. If I wasn't Christian myself, I wouldn't have to call him out as a fake that treats patients like scum. read more

The complaints of wait times and staff are minor compared to the real issue at this clinic. How this Dr is practicing medicine I don't understand. Every time I see him, I have to explain my treatment, my injury and often he mistakes me for someone else. He has been prescribing me opiates for almost a year now and today he tells me, he doesn't know what he is treating. He claimed he did not have an MRI and accused me of not taking my pills because my blood test showed no traces of anything. I almost flipped out when he said that. How is this Dr in charge of peoples pain relief? He is prescribing meds he isn't clear on what he is treating. Furthermore adding to the the epidemic. Now I'm on a med to get me the meds, that he said I wasnt taking. I refuse to go back there. I am also looking into talking to the director and seeking legal help. I am surprised at the low rating of these doctors. Dr Frank is a great doctor who is very attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Suzanne is the best pediatrician.I think people are not reviewing the doctors, but rather they are upset at wait times and yes, the confused staff with the exception of Daniela. It is a busy office, so you do have a bit of a wait. However, would you want your doctor rushing through your appointment just so the wait times go down? I don't. They have a fancy new, albeit strangely decorated, office building. Unfortunately a new staff didn't come with the new digs. Don't misunderstand, once you actually get around to seeing Dr. Franck he is a good doctor. However his staff is nightmarish. None of them seem to understand what is going on or how to do their jobs. Dr. Franck is a slow mover, but I believe the majority of the LOOOOOONG wait comes from the seemingly confused staff. I am seriously considering a different doctor. Okay, so when I entered this healthcare facility it was disgustingly dirty e.g. windows, furniture and carpet. All of the furniture in the facility looks like it was bought at a yard sale e.g. dirty, torn and stained. The front counter staff were unprofessional and I had to ask for a receipt for my copay which she wrote to an "Angela Williams". Let's just say my last name isn't Williams. The nurse brings me back to check my blood pressure etc. and everything back there is dirty. She takes me to the room and I am now nervous and suspicious because there is no sink in the room, no hand sanitizer and really nothing a doctor would really need. The furniture in there was also dirty. I begin to wonder if this clinic is even operating legally. Doctor "Franck Belibi" comes in with a laptop and asks me why I was there, not "what can I do for you". When he first spoke he sounded like his speech was slurred. I told him I needed a primary care physician to work with my cancer doctors on a regular basis. He had the nerve to tell me I was too young to have cancer and then asked me if they removed my breast. He asked what medications I was taking and then started lecturing me on my medication, without proof of my health conditions. He had the nerve to tell me if I was going to be seen at the clinic I would have to stop taking my pain medications and would have to take a blood test once a month. He treated me like a criminal who was lying about my health conditions. He acted like I was a drug addict looking for pain medication when the only thing I was there for was to get a primary care physician to work with my cancer team. I got up and told him I didn't need his kind of care and started to walk out, he then followed behind me saying he would make sure I was never allowed back in that clinic, and as nasty and unprofessional as it was, he doesn't have to make sure. Well, after doing a little bit of research, I see that this doctor was arrested for a deadly car accident and left the scene after running over and killing a person. I cant believe this man had the nerve to treat me like that. He obviously doesn't care about the people he visits with, nor the people he hurts either. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I think Dr Frank is wonderful as well. The only thing that I would work on is the long wait in the room once you are called. There has to be a better balance in the time you wait. Maybe give the patient the option to wait in the front office where they can pass the time watching tv or going into their waiting room. The nurse was abusive! I thought she only missed the vaccine site by puncturing twice. Instead when i got home. My daughter had 3 or 4 spots on each leg where she went in and out with the needle. Absolutely awful. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made an appointment there! Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was not greeted - the ladies at the front desk barely looked at me and didn't say a thing. Once I spoke up, they couldn't find my appointment at first. Frustrating. Finally they asked for my insurance and I sat down to wait. I kept checking with them every 20 minutes to see if there was a problem because I was still waiting. After waiting close to an HOUR, they told me I would have to pay $300 for the procedure. I understand insurance (mine isn't great), but I had to wait an HOUR for you to tell me this? Why couldn't they have told me over the phone when I made the appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time? When I expressed my DEEP dissatisfaction the girl stared back at me apathetically and said nothing. I walked out crying. In hindsight, I'm so glad I didn't give them my money. The ironic part is that this place as posters all over the walls inside filled with encouraging, positive messages and their sign says "compassionate care." What a joke!! read more

I have been going here for almost 2 years now and the only reason why is because I cannot find any other clinics that will take medicaid. Every time I come in for an appointment it's always a frustrating experience. Sometimes I'll wait an hour to be seen and sometimes I wait 3. And yes I have waited 3 hours!! I am only giving this Dr. and his office one because zero stars is not an option. He has been (in 3 visits) the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever experienced. During the first visit, a nurse brought him the phone so that he could argue with what sounded like his credit card company. He spent 10 minutes on the call and stayed in the room with us the whole time. He also made him take a breathing treatment (this had nothing to do with the reason for the visit). He never read the chart, and even after being told that my boyfriend had a pacemaker placed less than 2 months ago, acted shocked when it was mentioned again in the third visit. He has been treating him for a couple of months for instant relief anxiety medicine. THe Dr. prescribed a regular(daily medication), although he is already on a couple of things. The Dr. was shocked to hear that he was on other medication, even though he prescribed it, and their pharmacy filled it. So he is doubling up on normal anxiety medication, and refusing anything to help instantly with anxiety attacks. The Dr. then proceeded to yell at us as he stormed down the hallway. I am still in shock at how absurd the whole experience was. read more

First of all every time I go to this doctor I wait at least an hour and a half to two hours from my appointment time to even see the doctor!!! Second of all I have NEVER been seen by a doctor so insensitive and rude!!! He doesn't listen to you and doesn't even physically evaluate you, he just sits behind his computer the whole time with not much to say!! I had to ask him what's causing my condition and the answer he gave me doesn't make sense seeing as I don't do those kind of activities! I had to show him where the problem was and make him check it out, even then he didn't take it serious!!! I understand doctors are not perfect but as a patient who is in constant pain or who doesn't feel good and goes to see a doctor seeing as doctors are suppose to help you, it makes everything that much worse when the doctor comes off as he doesn't care, like your wasting his time, and almost as if he takes your issue as a joke (he even chuckled in one of my appointments when my sister told him that I need help!) trust me the last thing anyone who is feeling like this wants to do is take time out of their day sitting in a doctors office for hours! The place is dirty, the staff is rude. A patient saw the doctor in the reception area and asked if he can ask him a question real quick and the doctor didn't even bother to listen to him.
