Nice comfortable hammocks. Cons: Expensive and felt "nickled and dimed". $65 for group soaks. Spent $50 on lunch, and they require people to rent the robes for an additional $20. They also run out of lockers sometimes, so in that case, you've got to put your valuables in your car (parking is also not great/limited). I asked that my robe rental be comped because we had to store our stuff in our hot cars, and the assistant manager wouldn't budge. We also waited quite a while to be seated in the restaurant and a number of other groups were waiting as well -- even one that had reservations. Advice to management: If you run out of lockers, reduce the price of something or give a customer more. As an example, forsake the $20 robe rental fee if you are not delivering the full experience and are putting the customer out (this is not Motel 6). Make sure the restaurant is properly staffed - even in between lunch and dinner rushes. Advice to customers: Bring your own robe! Expect to drop at least $150 there, if you eat anything. Call ahead to see how busy they are -- probably best to go in the middle of the week (not Friday or the weekend). I was there on Friday at 12:15P and it was packed. No chairs were available by the pools.

I recently visited Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort with a friend for a full spa day, including massages and…read moretime in the mineral baths. I really wanted to love this place, and parts of the experience were genuinely great, but unfortunately, one major issue completely overshadowed everything. So the positives, both massages were excellent. The therapists were skilled, professional, and made for a very relaxing experience. That portion of the day absolutely lived up to expectations. Pricey for the services we had but understandable given this was supposed to be "luxury" spa experience. We left the spa for the mineral bathes feeling refreshed and relaxed. However, things took a turn when it came to the facilities and overall management. Instead of being placed in lockers with other spa guests, we were directed to lockers shared with the general public. I genuinely wouldn't have minded but now, realizing their theft issues, I'm disappointed this is where they placed us. I left my jacket on a bench for no more than 30 minutes and it was stolen. I didn't expect that something left briefly in a spa setting would disappear so quickly. What made the situation worse was the response from staff. I returned twice to check Lost & Found and also called only to be left on hold for over 30 minutes. The initial staff I encountered showed very little empathy or urgency. On my second visit, after what seemed like a shift change, the new employees were much more helpful and kind, but by then, it was too late. If they had responded when I initially called, its possible they could have retrieved my jacket. It's incredibly disappointing that this happened at a "high-end spa", and even more so that the response lacked care and accountability. Yes, their waiver states that you're responsible for unsecured belongings, but the idea that something would be taken so quickly in this environment is honestly shocking. For context, the item was a Lululemon jacket, so it's hard not to feel like it was a deliberate theft. When I reached out to upper management, they essentially told me it was MY problem. Noted Ojo Santa Fe. Going forward, I suggest you warn incoming guests of your undeniable theft issues. Bottom line: while the massages were great, the overall experience left a bad taste. If you do visit, be extremely cautious, lock up everything, and don't leave anything unattended, even for a moment. Obviously, I won't be returning.

I had the BEST massage from Linda and husband really enjoyed his massage with Guadalupe. We are very glad we chose to come here for our weekend getaway. They have seating outside sort of rooftop area for before and after your time here, nice and quite. Plenty of things to buy, gifts, skincare, jewelry. I went for the 85 min massage, so badly needed it, so was super excited to finally get one. Erica my masseuse was amazing, she dug in deep in places, and I was like ouch but in a good way, great tension relief, and she listened when I said no oil in my hair!! Very relaxing at the same time, she was great to let me just enjoy it, not talk too much, because I didn't want to. The hot towels at the end on my feet were amazing and a great ending. I asked to concentrate on certain areas and she did, very much enjoyed this service and my time here. They have a nice clean space and a changing area and lockers for your personal items. Very friendly staff. My friend had the dancing feet reflexology and neck and shoulder massage and said hers was awesome too. Only thing was it was noisy in the hallway and I could constantly hear someone talking, but I didn't let that take away from my massage. Overall I would highly recommend this spa. Great experience. Erica was amazing!
