When visiting friends in Santa Fe last September, I was gifted with a healing session with Sharna. Little did I know how life changing this encounter would be... For several years I've worked with various alternative practitioners to remedy long-standing gut issues. While I did experience some improvement, progress was incremental but frustratingly slow. I didn't really know what reiki was 6 months ago when I had my first session with Sharna but it has been transforming. Sharna is amazing! She did reiki sessions with my daughter (age 11) to help her understand her fears. She offered techniques to help her clear her room of any negative energies that my daughter was aware of.
