Specialties
At Prama Soma, clients receive more than just massage or coaching—they experience deeply attuned, trauma-informed care that supports healing from the inside out. What sets my practice apart is the integration of advanced clinical training with nervous system education, somatic tools, and a warm, nonjudgmental presence.
As a licensed massage therapist, certified coach, and nervous system specialist with lived experience of chronic illness and neurodivergence, I understand how complex the healing journey can be. Every session is tailored and consent-led, whether you're coming in for chronic pain relief, nervous system regulation, or support through burnout, trauma, or life transitions.
This is not a spa. It's not one-size-fits-all. It’s a safe space to come home to yourself—and move toward real, lasting relief.
History
Established in 2017.
Prama Soma was founded by Bunny Urick (they/she), a licensed massage therapist, certified trauma-informed coach, and nervous system educator with over a decade of experience in the healing arts. The practice began in Los Angeles in 2017 under the name Three Hands Therapy, serving a diverse range of clients seeking relief from chronic pain, trauma, and burnout.
In 2023, Bunny relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where Prama Soma now offers trauma-informed bodywork and somatic coaching in a peaceful, client-centered setting. Drawing on extensive training in medical massage, somatic psychology, and positive psychology—as well as lived experience with neurodivergence and chronic illness—Bunny built Prama Soma as a space for people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their sense of agency.
