The first thing people see is pictures on the internet. She told me" I don't do professional pictures. They're not worth the money." That really wasn't a request. Her attitude was very off putting to say the least. She then told me that my land isn't very valuable because its not flat and city people are the ones buying in the Poconos and they want flat land like the city. Well we're city people and the reason we bought the house was because it was unique and unlike the city. She also said the house has steps and nobody wants a house with steps to the driveway. She valued my house and property at $80,000. When I told her my price she laughed and said that would just be a waste of everyone's time. I listed with another realtor for $114,900.00. I sold the house for $112,000.00. I had 51 showings in 60 days. My advice would be to find another realtor.

Dave then called from the company and stated that "Angie stated that you want nothing to do with our company." I hung up on him because he would not allow me to speak. I called back and spoke to Angie and I told her what he said and she denied it. They do not allow you to speak, they talk over you and take things too personally, especially if they do not have coverage. Don't go with this company. They don't want to do it your way, only their way.
