The first, in May 2022, we were doing inspections on a big fixer upper that had no utilities in place. It was down to the studs. Liset kindly explained that because they would be unable to perform a thorough inspection, however, she helped guide us in the right direction towards a structural engineer. She and Dan actually got on the phone with me on different occasions to walk me through the process! I was sure to use them for when we actually did find a home. The second, in August 2022, prior to the inspection, making an appointment with Liset was a breeze. She explained details of the inspection and Dan showed up early to the appointment! On site, he explained to us the details, process, and how long it would approximately take. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of the home. The turnaround time for our report was about 24 hours and it was VERY detailed! We were SO impressed. Their website/program that they use to show the report is amazing and user friendly. He took a ton of photos and used the drone to view the roof. We are SO incredibly happy we used Daset for our home inspection and know we are in good hands! He was patient and thorough and did a very good job. Did not rush and took his time which I appreciated. The drone was a nice plus as well as the roof access hatch was sealed in (flat roof). The basement was partially finished and I suspected there was mold. Danny was able to complete the mold test for a small additional charge and as we suspected there was a moderate level of mold. Report was pretty clear and he reviewed it with me. He pinpointed that the brick foundation was taking in moisture due to the exterior grading and roof downspouts. Lastly it was relatively simple to schedule the inspection with his lovely wife Liset! They make a great team and I recommend Daset Home Inspections!

So i left it alone as I was busy. fast forward 6 months an my deck collapsed. people could have been really hurt, If anyone was on it they could have been hurt or killed. Description of Complaint: On 9/6/22 I had a home inspection…read morefrom this company I ordered the package that includes thermal scans full 360 photos and of course a full inspection, the company was recommended by the realtor we used at the time, the inspection seemed to go smoothly but upon moving into the house we found numerous things that where "missed" the things that where missed where things that where payed for to be checked and he just lied about it. I also never received my pictures of the thermal scan or all of the photos or data on the radon test or data on pressure 360 photos or data on the radon test or data on pressure test the attic was fully skipped and I see why now it is in poor shape with electrical wires live laying around could start a fire or electrical shock the roof beams are separated, the problems go on to the extent I am in the process of having a law firm help sort this out as my calls to this company go unanswered. Half the stuff I payed for was not done and from him missing stuff to keep his realtor friend happy so we buy the house and the realtor that referred him got his commission. I am concerned for others out there and don't want them to be a victim of this guy. If he doesn't pass homes that are dangerous it could save a life I hope
