Tech came to get me and started asking me personal questions before we were behind closed doors. More HIPAA violations. When I got in the room she started grilling me about vaccines. Told me I couldn't get mammogram. I ended up walking out. Later that day I called the office and front desk person was mean and combative. Asked for manager and guess what?!...she was rude and argumentative all's well. I bet the doctor's running this office would be thrilled to know about all the HIPAA violations. These ladies both need to be terminated. Fast forward 2 weeks: My adult daughter is not feeling well and has been vomiting for days. She called the Broadheadsville LVHN Urgent care against my warnings..... yup.... she also was refused treatment and decided to drive to the Quakertown Urgent Care where we have ALWAYS received superb care. Don't risk your well-being trying to get help from the Broadheadsville LVHN Urgent Care.

At 3:45 a woman came out and asked me if I was waiting for lab work & I confirmed that I was. She told me, "our last appointment is at 3:45pm. I explained that I had checked in prior to that time & she said "I just finished with the previous patient". I repeated that I had checked in before their closing time, and it wasn't my fault that the previous patient took longer, so I asked if she could just do my blood draw, given it WAS 3:45 precisely. She said, "no, I asked her and she said no". I don't know who her/she was, assuming the supervisor, but that's just poor customer service. At any establishment if you check in prior to the last appointment regardless if the previous person takes longer, protocol says you still take that person. I would understand if I had checked in at 3:46pm but I did not. I was so livid at how unfair the situation was that I just walked out. When I got in my car to leave at 3:46pm I got a message through My LVHN that I cancelled my appointment! Lehigh Valley has lost it's consideration for they're patients since becoming such a large corporate entity and it's very disheartening. I take care of my 87-yr old mother and it's usually hard for me to get away. I won't go there again.

Terrible Experience at NJ365 Urgent Care…read more I took my elderly parent to NJ365 Urgent Care and had a miserable experience due to a fragmented assessment process. Good patient care requires a holistic view, but the doctor here only focused on one piece at a time. This poor process management was evident when they were later forced to change their initial notes after we provided more details. As someone who understands effective process flow, the doctor should have first determined how the condition developed, and then assessed how the patient was feeling. The whole approach felt disjointed and lacked the comprehensive care we expect. I would NEVER recommend NJ365 Urgent Care. If you're nearby, note there is another Urgent Care around the corner.

She was unneccesarily harse. She made no attempts to make me more comfortable. I know the movement was from my breathing. They wrote on the report that she kept reminding me not to move. Also that the images were less than desired due to my claustrophobia. I was not claustrophobic, or nervous at the start...........I recently had a cardiac MRI, at St Luke's in a closed MRI, & it was a much much better experience. The technician took the time to make me feel better. I asked her about the breathing & movement. She said she would let me know when to take a deep breathe, hold it, & then release it. It was a a series of these & she got perfect pictures. Shame on the technician at Allentown Dx Imaging! Also, the report was limited, & I feel did not detect as accurate result.

Every time I call, whether it's to return a call from the woman who confirms appts, I think her name was Pam? Or to reschedule or schedule its a very long wait on the phone - today, I've tried 3 times and had to hang up - waited 15 minutes with no one picking up. Yes, that's bad - when there are phone services that will call you back when they are free. Do people spend all day trying to reach someone? How can you get back to the staff when you can't get through? Second is, they have farmed out most of their phone support to India. Difficult to understand them and then they will sometimes give you incorrect prep information or put you hold because THEY have to call the direct office to get the info! That's really bad as well - most times you have questions about preparation for a test and need correct info which can only come from experienced staff that works at the office! I know RAH/ImageCare is growing, but then spend the money on support here in the US!
