All three were perfectly cooked and tasty but the grouper was my favorite! Hate I missed taking a picture. Looking forward to visiting again.

The meat was not fresh. It looked like a premade patty. The fries were undercooked and not hot. The flavor of the burger was good but it was hard to enjoy served cold. I realize they are still working out the kinks, but they have a long way to go to serve consistently good food. I will try it again because friends have said good things about the food. The servers were also there to act as gamers for our casino games. Neither server knew how to play any casino games. But instead decided they were going to partake in the festivities of the party. This women needs to stop scamming businesses and people out of their money and needs to be reported to the better business bureau. To which will be my next action. when informed that we will be taking legal action against her. she has disappeared. when i try to contact the corporate offices. Their number is no longer in service. Please do not get scammed by this disgraceful excuse of a catering company.

She didn't even try to keep my business by saying it was their mistake or that they've made improvements since then. She just said "Okay I get it" and to email her to cancel it. My wedding was 3 months out so they had more than enough time to find another event for that day. I tried to get my deposit back and they declined it and added in a bunch of "additional fees". I tried calling the company multiple times but it sent me straight to voicemail so I'm assuming they blocked my number after I cancelled. Everything then was done via email, I pleaded for some of the money back and they would not budge so I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. I would really save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company, it is not worth the money you think you will save. Take my word for it. Pay a little more and go with a more reputable caterer.

You may think of sliders as a snack, but these were more than a snack. The Hawaiian rolls were the foundation for this main course followed by a thick marinara sauce that added a tangy flavor and then the perfectly seasoned chicken layered with mozzarella cheese. The top of the Hawaiian bun was brushed with a savory blend of melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. It was a big hit. Southern Elegance also has amazing desserts. A little background: we have hunted before and are both well-traveled, especially my father--we went on two African safaris, for instance. All our expectations were either met or exceeded by the fine facilities and staff at Wynfield. First of all and most importantly, the people--from the administrative staff and general manager to the cooks and guides--could not have been more gracious, personable, and accommodating from the moment we first called to the moment we left. We very much enjoyed talking with Kurt and our guide Randy, in particular. Since it was my first quail hunt, Kurt let me have a free Wynfield hat to commemorate the occasion--and they didn't charge me when I asked to buy a Wynfield coffee mug, either. The food was excellent and varied, and bottled water and soda were always on hand (and, after the afternoon hunt, beer, wine, and cocktails as well). Cold water and soda were even available--and frequently offered--while out on the hunt. Our cabin was likewise more than satisfactory, with cable TV, mini-fridge, coffee machine, toaster, central AC/heat, comfortable beds, and delightful interior decorating. It was also spacious and clean, and they provided housekeeping each day while we were out on the hunt. As for the hunting itself, it was by far the best hunting experience I have ever had. The quail are plentiful, the guides are extremely capable, and the dogs are simply amazing. They are also very flexible and accommodating when it comes to the hunt--they told me, for example, how they enabled someone paralyzed from the waist down to hunt from the jeep (there are seats out front on the jeeps for the hunters and kennels on the back for the dogs).
