Not only was Iris the esthetician rude and dismissive, but she actually left for 30 minutes during what was supposed to be a 60-minute facial. I paid for a full service and did not receive it. When I asked for advice about my under eyes, her response was, "I don't know, go find out and let me know when you do." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable from someone in this industry. To make matters worse, the receptionist pressured and demanded that I leave a tip. I'm pactually a very good tipper and always tip well when I receive good service, but tips are optional and should reflect the quality of service received not be forced on customers. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
