Gracenote is easily one of the best coffee shops in Boston when it comes to pure coffee quality. They have their own roastery! I had a cortado, and it was absolutely delicious -- balanced, smooth, and dialed in perfectly. If you care about flavor and craftsmanship in the cup, this place delivers every time. A quick note: the shop itself is small, with some standing room but no chairs or tables. It's not a spot to study or work from -- it's a grab-your-coffee-and-go kind of place. But for the coffee alone? Completely worth the five stars.

I didn't get a picture of my drink (Americano), but I got some pictures of the beans they sell. It was a cute hole in the wall shop and I would love to visit again. The baristas were very kind and helpful.

Worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Bland and lacked flavor. Honestly after one sip I had to give it to my husband because drinking it made me so mad and devoid of joy. The interior is small but cozy. Service is quick. Do not recommend nut milk. Our friends also ordered drinks - the miso one and mocha one with regular milk, both of which they too did not like. Sad that this place had so much potential but was a letdown.

I visited Gracenote Coffee Roasters yesterday and had such a great experience! The coffee was really good -- smooth, rich, and full of flavor. I was waiting outside with my dog, Pooky, and the staff kindly told me we could bring him inside. They were so nice and welcoming, which made my day! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for enjoying a great cup of coffee. I really appreciate that they're dog-friendly -- it made the visit even better. Highly recommend this place if you love good coffee and kind people!

This is one of my new favorite to-go coffee shops in the city. The barista are super friendly and make some delicious drinks. This time around I got the Flannel latte and it was super rich, creamy, and sweet all while not overpowering the coffee. They also sell whole beans that you can enjoy at home (they're my boyfriend's favorite). Just a heads up, seating is extremely limited so I would expect to take your drink to go.

    Seltzer, espresso, chocolate-chip cookie. Perfect.

Gracenote has the best coffee in Boston, and a small, curated selection of pastries. I've been there many times over the years, and returned today for the first time in a long while. I'm happy to see that they still make perfect espresso. It's still the cutest little shop. The staff are still friendly and knowledgeable. I hope they remain in the neighborhood forever; they're a gem.

Came across Gracenote as a highly reviewed coffee shop in the area. I loved the look of it and the mod bar machine. My coffee was delicious and the miso caramel was a new taste to me. Giving it one less star because there was no place to sit. This is definitely more of a grab and go type of shop.

Visitors be warned that there is absolutely zero seating and is an order and go sort of situation. But there is seating across the street or across the road in the park. My husband ordered the cardamom latte with house made cashew milk and I ordered the Hawaii Five Ow, a seasonal drink. The cardamom latte was interesting and had a strong spice flavor, almost bitter. The Hawaii Five Ow is a spicy pineapple drink with house made spicy limeade that gave it a tiny kick. It was very sweet but refreshing and tasty.

The miso caramel latte is a 10/10. If you are a matcha person, skip it here..low quality and pretty terrible honestly. Come here for the coffee/espresso based drinks as that's the focus and they do it incredibly well.

This cafe kind of blends in with other buildings nearby but this cafe is a great find! It is small inside with minimal seating so it is more of a grab and go situation. The service is great and they definitely make your drink with care. I got a regular iced matcha with oat milk (they don't have almond milk) and a regular iced coffee. Their matcha is so yummy and rich and it has a good sweetness to it already. The iced coffee is definitely strong and fresh and they have a self service area for you to add in sugar as you like it. Overall, I had a great first experience here. This place has amazing quality drinks.

This place was so cute and relaxing. The service was super friendly. There were a lot of fun flavors. I got a matcha latte and it just didn't hit for me. But the ham and cheese croissant hit the spot.

    Maple and allspice latte.

Wait time was about 15 min, which they tell you as soon as you order. The wait was well worth it. I got a hot hojicha latte and it is one of the best I have tried. We tried the spectrum of hot matcha latte, iced matcha latte, hot hojicha latte, iced hojicha latte. We actually haven't experimented with asking for less ice or adjusting sweetness. It's not deadly sweet to a point that I can say for sure whether they add sweetener to the drinks. FYI they batch mix their matcha and hojicha solutions which I don't appreciate. Wish they whisked them per order. I think I like their hojicha latte more than matcha given the stronger flavor. It's also a bit sweeter. It bothers me slightly how hojicha latte is the same price as matcha latte given that hojicha is normally cheaper due to lower demand. The price itself is kind of steep at $8.75 whether for matcha or hojicha. You can get matcha latte for $6.50 at Blue Bottle instead or something (weak but matcha itself is alright). Between the two visits I also found the quality to be inconsistent. The second time tasted weaker and the latte art for the hot drinks was messier. I'm not saying latte art is a necessity for me, but if 1) you're charging that much, and 2) you attempt any latte art at all, I would hope for it to look nice. On a good day they deserve a 4*. On a bad day they deserve a 3*. I don't necessarily crave them so will put down 3*. Lines come and go. There's sufficient seating given that most people don't linger 5ever. The stadium seats are kind of cool and offer more spots.

The wait was so long and they clearly haven't figured out the balance between managing online and in person orders. An additional person is needed to simply take the orders in house. The person they had on deck this morning was frantically trying to take orders and move food from the kitchen to the online pick up area. Three people making drinks and still backed up making what should have been a relaxing morning tense and unpleasant. I want to be clear that every person I saw was doing their best to make things work and this is a systems issue. I like this place and I offer these comments to encourage them to look at their system and find ways to improve.
