I've had one HydraFacial and one Oxygeneo facial here so far, and both visits were great. Booking was easy, and they had good availability. When you walk in, the place is very clean and well-maintained with a sitting area and product walls around. The front desk staff is warm, kind, and always ready to answer questions, which made me feel comfortable right away. They offer so many services from lasers, injectables, peels, and all kinds of facials - I think it's a one stop stop for skincare. My latest facial was with Dylan, and he really did a great job. He used the right amount of pressure, explained each step, and made sure I was never uncomfortable. The room was prepared well, very clean, and had soft music playing with a warm bed, which made the whole experience very relaxing. After the facial, my skin did start looking fresher and smoother afterward. Parking and location are convenient and considering it's in Leawood, I think their pricing is very competitive/fair compared to other med spas nearby.. it honestly felt worth it. Kristen really took the time to talk with me about where injections need to be for my anatomy, answered all of my curiosities about what I've seen on fillers, and discussed her recommendations based off of what I mentioned wanting. She is transparent on pricing and really focuses on natural injecting. No heaviness, and my almond shaped eyes didn't become a monolided either after my Botox set. Front of house is your first impression of any business. Upon reading reviews, it seems to have been a long standing issue with billing, and management. If you have to pay your staff to understand the meaning of hospitality, please do so. There are so many options, and it takes very little effort to make a client or patient to feel appreciated in an already saturated market. I won't be returning, and, as much as I value Mrs. Williams, it isn't her job to put out "house" fires (which she did, beautifully). I would expect more from Leawood.
