The girls at the PV location were absolutely amazing and very accommodating - I did not have the same experience at the Overland Park location (could've just been the day). Overall, the procedures, although painful, worked well on my hair type. Just be sure to research this beforehand because it didn't work on other people I have talked to! Also please note that if you don't complete all your procedures in the 18 month time frame then you won't be able to finish them out.
