I went and saw Pamela today for Laser Genesis and a Silk Peel, and boy can that woman sell product! I walked out with the most amazing lip conditioner ever, a ColorScience kit, and one of their house compounded brightening creams. I had NO plans to buy anything, but I really liked everything she used. She's also been in the industry forever, and has the most glass-like skin on her cheeks, and I believe she said she was sixty-something! I've had LG before, but 1) it's less expensive here and 2) Pamela really takes her time! I seriously can't see the pores on my nose right now, which is pretty miraculous. She is a talker, though! It didn't bother me a lot, since she was was silent during the pampering part that makes you want to drift off into dream land. But, if you're not a talker, or aren't into service providers who are you, should probably let her know in advance. She's totally cool if you're not into something. I don't like extractions, because I get broken capillaries really easily, and she was like "No problem!". I did botox and skinviv injection initially, the result was significant! My skin feels smooth and balanced that I don't have to wash my face twice a day! Then I had diamond glow a couple times and my pores are much improved. After a series of Secret RF, acne scars are significantly improved together with my fine line. Love these routine care, with fairly expenditure, I save quite a few on skincare and have better results! Dr Fu is amazing! read more

My daughter went in for a consultation inquiring about a treatment to help with scarring and acne. I ended up putting $425 down towards a RF Secret Laser Treatment and scheduled the appt for 1 month out. Then my daughter decided to get put on Accutane instead, which you cannot have any sort of treatments done to your skin while on this med. So I called RSVP and requested my money back and this DOCTOR declined to refund me funds back to me. Very poor customer service. read more

I visited this spa before Dr. Fu owned it and it was just your ordinary med spa. Get your services and go. I had a good experience. My recent visit with Dr. Fu was concerning. First, I believe she is potentially in violation of HIPAA by taking and storing photos of patients on her personal phone. Would not recommend. read more

I love RSVP Medspa, the place is clean, nice, and relaxing. But most importantly it is run by Dr. Selena Fu an oculoplastic surgeon. She is amazing, I have gotten Botox injections over the years and with different doctors in town and could never achieve the results I want. I always end up with the "Spock" look, then I went to Dr. Fu, she not only listens but explains everything, she is conservative in the beginning and slowly worked up to the look I was hoping for and I finally have the results I have always wanted. I also went for microneedling treatment and it is amazing, Mycala the esthetician who did the treatment is really good and the treatment went well and again achieved the results I wanted. I had filler done today by Dr. Fu. It was my first time and I'm thrilled with my results! She administered one syringe per upper cheek and I instantly looked refreshed! She went on the conservative side which I felt best about and wow! I'm so happy I went and wish I had done this earlier. My daughter was hit with a lacrosse stick across her eye during PE class. She had a deep cut on her eyelid and Dr. Fu was so professional and great with her. I've had three tattoo removal treatments so far and the service I receive every time from staff at the front desk to Layla (she does my treatments) has been professional and just beyond excellent in every way! Checking in/out is a breeze and my treatments only take a few minutes so I'm done in less than half an hour. Layla is extremely knowledgable about any concerns regarding aftercare as well. They offer a multitude of other services like spray tanning, vampire facelifts, hormone therapy, permanent makeup, Botox & derma fillers to name a few, and tons of other esthetics like facials and laser services. How do I do an abridged version? I came here 1.5 years ago for a consult for ipl, and did an ill w Faith? Fay? Oh man it hurts its like someone is picking you w needles. Please note this is not RSVPS fault is literally is the procedure, as I had 4 sessions done after this one. She was great chit chatting walking me through etc. They are A little pricey but honestly I've paid more and received less results. I'm going back April 20th for my next IPL and throughout the summer to laser these nasty age spots off my face. read more

Got a Hydrafacial here today and it was a very unpleasant experience. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Aesthetician was super sweet but got the salicylic acid solution in both my eyes which burned like hell (and is still burning 6 hours later). She was really nice and apologetic and I knew she was new so I didn't make a big deal about it, but because of this I did ask for my service to be discounted when I checked out. They went and got the owner for approval and she proceeded to rudely ask me why I needed a discount if the service was already on special for $99 which is originally $110. After going back and forth with me about what happened in the service and questioning me about why I needed a discount she told the 2 front desk ladies to "just comp her service" and threw her hands up and walked away. She's clearly unstable and may have some mental health issues. Anywho, the ladies at the front desk were really nice and seemed embarrassed by this woman's behavior. They thanked me for my feedback and offered me another facial with a more experienced Aesthetician but after dealing with that (w)itch of an owner there is no way I would go back there. The Aesthetician and front desk staff were more professional than she was which says a lot, and with ownership like that the business is doomed to fail. read more

The staff is open and friendly, their services outstanding and you can always count on your consultant to give you all the options, explain the cost vs improvement. I love this place! The staff is extremely lovely!! I called extremely last minute for a b12 booster shot before my flight and she graciously accepted me in. I'm use to paying 50$ a b12 shot where I come from so the 25$ shot was pretty spectacular. The facility is extremely clean and I peeked into each room I passed and saw all the latest machines and products. Manager is RUDE.The staff have half information about the referral policy . They will tell you different policies and try to fool the customers. When this was brought to the notice of manager , instead of clearing things out she behaved extremely rude and didn't care to hear me out. I was about to refer one more friend of mine to RSVP med spa and I was a regular customer since I have done more than 10 sessions for laser. I AM DEFINTELY NOT REFERRING ANYONE TO RSVP MED SPA AND THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TOO.I feel sorry for all the staff who work here at this med spa ... I hope she treats them well. Do get all the conversations in writing at this med spa so that you can argue with that RUDE AND ARROGANT manager I donot recommend this med spa only because of the manager and the staff's half knowledge. The services are decent but you donot want to get services where the manager doesnt care if they loose customers ( only because they have already got their money for services provided).
